If you want a tour that is tailored to your interests and at your pace, I would highly recommend this tour. Our guide Hamee was brilliant. He has a great personality. It was an incredibly windy day, but he took it in his stride and made sure he could give us the best day possible with a few laughs had by all. Hamee you definitely made our day enjoyable.

This was one of the BEST decisions we made on our Jeju trip. Jimin was an incredible tour guide/driver for our full day in Jeju. With the hopes of soaking in the other parts of the island on our last day, we knew taking the bus from place to place would be a lot of work especially in the heat. We booked the Private Taxi Tour after reading several positive reviews. What made this work best for us was that you are NOT stuck in a group with a guide all day- instead you and whomever is joining you are privately transported to each venue dropped off right at the entry, given personal time to explore and when you are ready she is ready right where she dropped you off to go on to the next stop. Jimin was prompt, friendly and helped create an itinerary of several spots to stop off at. She was so kind and we had good conversations about Korean culture. We went to the Hamdeok Beach, Stone Park, Sunrise Peak (Seongsan Ilchubong) & Seogwipo Jeongbang Waterfall which Jimin squeezed in for us since we really wanted to see one. For lunch, my husband and I wanted to try out Black Pork, so Jimin honored our invite and joined us with a recommendation from her friend- photo of us together below. Overall- you can’t beat this…. Jimin is awesome- and a really great person and defensive driver! 🎉🤗

We visited three waterfalls and the lava tube, and our driver/guide, Jimin, also recommended Seongsan and the cliffs. Unfortunately, we were not very lucky with the weather, but we can highly recommend all the sights and Jimin. She was punctual, professional, and went far above and beyond our expectations to help us with everything we needed.

We booked two private tours with Hamee, and he was honestly brilliant from start to finish. He kept in contact with us before we arrived, recommended places based on what we wanted to see, and put together two perfect itineraries that made our time in Jeju so much easier. On our first day, he even collected us straight from Jeju Airport, which meant we could make the most of our arrival day instead of wasting time. He took us to some fantastic locations — including hiking Sunrise Peak after an early flight, which we definitely felt in our legs but absolutely loved! Our second tour was on day three, and we finished the planned itinerary earlier than expected. Instead of ending the day, Hamee added extra stops, including Yakcheonsa Temple — the biggest temple in Jeju. It was quiet, stunning, and one of the highlights of the trip. He walked us around the temple and explained the history, culture, and meaning behind everything, which made the visit feel so much more special. Throughout both days, he was kind, funny, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time with. His local knowledge, flexibility, and thoughtful planning made a huge difference, and we felt completely looked after the whole time. If you’re visiting Jeju and want a guide who goes above and beyond, Hamee is the one to book, the prices are incredible too! Ended up better priced than booking on a big group tour (there were 3 of us)

Jaehyo Jung (Jay) was our guide for a 2-day private tour around Jeju, and we were genuinely impressed by how deep his knowledge of the island runs. At every stop, he gave us real context — the history behind the site, its meaning in Korean culture, and practical tips on how to navigate it once we arrived. What stood out most was his judgment about where to actually spend our limited time. At one waterfall stop with three viewpoints, he steered us toward the two that were actually worth seeing rather than letting us waste time on all three — that kind of prioritization, tailored to what we cared about, made a huge difference over two days. He also adapted smoothly when the weather turned — it rained heavily on day two, and Jay had already adjusted our plan around it and came prepared with umbrellas for the whole group. Food was another highlight: he went out of his way to find lunch and dinner spots with great vegetarian options, which we really appreciated since one of our group is a strict vegetarian. Everyone in our group ate well, not just the one person with dietary restrictions. On top of all that, Jay took the scenic routes between stops whenever he could and was always happy to pull over at great photo spots so we could get pictures together as a group. Highly recommend Jay for anyone looking to actually get the most out of Jeju in a short window — this wasn't just a taxi service, it was genuinely well-guided.
