Description

Very beautiful national park with elephants, leopards, crocodiles, and many other exotic animals. Nisala is super nice and a very good driver; we always felt safe! The best time to spot leopards is early in the morning, therefore I recommend the morning tour, even if getting up early on vacation is a bit difficult 😅
Hi Dirk, Thank you for choosing us for your safari at Kumana National Park. We truly appreciate your valuable feedback. It means a lot to us and encourages us to continue providing the best possible experience for our guests. We hope to welcome you back to Sri Lanka again in the future!
It was such a nice experience. We had a really good guide, he spotted so many animals and we were lucky to see two leopard!
An excellent tour through Sri Lanka. Two weeks filled with adventure, culture and great company. Each day offered something unique and memorable, and even though the schedule was full, there was always room for individual choices and the group’s own suggestions. A big thank you to our tour guide, Sujith Iroshana, who was always available with a great attitude and a warm presence that made everyone feel seen. His deep knowledge of the area was invaluable, and it was clear that he always tried his hardest for us to have the best possible experiences.
I was on a group trip where Sujith was our guide, he was a safe guide and he liked to change the plans if there was something to change or if we wanted it different.
Amazing Adventures and sujith was an excellent guide 👌 Do happy and smiling just doing his best! I'm forever grateful for this adventure with elephants, hiking and beautiful nature. 👌
Safari was amazing and our guide made sure we saw every animal possible. We even had a chase after a lampart ;). We were driving mostly on our own, without different cars and our guide was turning off the engine so we can hear the sounds of the nature. Really amazing experience :)
Very nice tour and great organization! We saw all the animals we wanted to see. The only negative point is that the admission to the national park costs again properly. Although it is in the description, we did not expect the sum. Another 12400 rupees. However, it was worth the money in the end. We were the first to see a leopard and drove different ways so you had the feeling we were alone in the park. On the way back you stop at a cafe of the organizer and get offered something to drink. We were very flat and did not take up the offer but it is very friendly.
Dear Sir, Thanks for the inspirational review. We always try our best to fulfill customer requirements. This kind of positive feedbacks will encourage us to go beyond your expectations. I am sorry if you feel little discomfort with entrance fees to National park. But in our product we mentioned entrance tickets are not included.
Amazing experience, the guide was very knowledgeable and friendly and the driver took us to all the good spots We seen a sleuth bear, crocodiles, wild pigs and leopards, as well as an array of birds and other wildlife Would highly reccomend this Safari when staying in Arugam Bay
Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We truly appreciate your feedback and are delighted to hear about your positive experience
If you're looking for a tour stop looking, you've just found a fantastic one! I contacted Sujith with a budget, timescale, preferences and everything in and he delivered and some. The tour was guided by Prabath, a colleague of Sujiths, Prabath was sooo good, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, obliging and immaculate. The tour comprised, in short, evening safari, probably the best experience of all, just superb! Pidurangala Rock, which offers stunning views of sigiriya. Authentic village tour. On to kandy. Gem factory etc Very long trip through mountains and tea plantations with tour around factory. Ella, nine arch bridge, unfortunately Sujith couldn't get tickets for the train. Hike up little Adams peak, stunning views. On to Tangalle, finishing off with baby turtle tour and whale watching. All accommodation and breakfast included. All in all six nights seven days. We met Sujith in Ella, he was conducting another tour, a more genuine and pleasant man you won't meet. I feel an absolute obligation to impress upon you the quality of thus tour company, it's basically a man trying so hard to get into this business but with a lot of competition and it's through my word of mouth that I hope to push as much business his way as I can knowing that you won't be disappointed. THANK YOU SUJITH AND PRABATH!!!
Dear Sir, Thank you for mind-blowing review and I hope it will encourage me to do even better to satisfy my clients. I miss you and you family !! It was a short meeting but I felt like we know from long ago..
The safari was such an amazing experience. We went during the quiet season and it felt like we had the park to ourselves. Our driver was wonderful, the roads were quite rough due to the recent rain and he drove very carefully, we felt quite safe. He pointed out many wonderful birds, using a bird book so we could learn more about them. We were very lucky to see a leopard and came within 5m of it! That was an unreal experience. Would 100% recommend Sage Tours for your safari experience.
