It was a really nice experience at this soba-making class. The instructor was welcoming, patient, and explained every step. The soba tasted amazing, which made it even better. It was a great way to learn about Japanese food culture, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable activity.

We had an incredible time at this soba noodle making class! The teachers were welcoming and knowledgeable. The cooking instructions were available in English and Japanese, which was very helpful. After making the noodles, we got to enjoy them with a lovely meal provided by the restaurant. The meal included walnuts to create the Nagano speciality dipping sauce and tempura. We would definitely recommend this experience, it was a highlight of our trip.

A very kind local soba chef will teach you. The taste of the soba I made was exceptional. There are also soba-making costumes and pedestals for elementary school students, so even children can enjoy them.

A local soba artisan was very kind to tell us! Guides in English are also available. The region's specialty, walnut soba, was excellent. It is very recommended because it is located in the outlet and has good access.
