Description
Dans ce cours, nous cuisinerons ensemble 3 à 4 plats japonais de style maison. Vous pourrez apprendre à faire du Dashi (bouillon de soupe japonais), à connaître les ingrédients japonais et à les cuisiner. Après avoir apprécié les plats que nous avons préparés, nous aurons un moment de dégustation de saké. Une qualité unique et rare de saké distillé localement au Japon sera préparée. Si vous n'êtes pas fan d'alcool, nous pouvons changer le programme en une dégustation de thé japonais ou une expérience de calligraphie. Vous vivrez une expérience merveilleuse pendant votre séjour au Japon Ce sera un événement spécial mémorable!

We had valuable and wonderful time !! All the ingredient are prepared perfectly! We cooked three kinds of Japanese cuisines together and we enjoyed our meals together with cold sake. When I back to Japan, I would like to join this class again.
We had such an amazing experience! We got to make and eat some delicious food and did the calligraphy experience after. Everything was well organized and our hosts were kind and engaging. Highly recommend!
