Découvrez le vrai goût du Rajasthan, pas seulement dans votre assiette, mais dans les histoires, les épices et les sourires qui l’accompagnent. Notre cours de cuisine propose plus que des recettes, c’est un échange culturel dans une vraie maison de Jaipur, où la tradition rencontre l’hospitalité. Vous apprendrez à préparer des plats séculaires comme le dal baati churma et le ker sangri, en utilisant des techniques transmises de génération en génération. Chaque ingrédient a une histoire, chaque épice un but. Ce qui rend cette expérience vraiment unique, c’est le lien personnel que vous allez construire – avec la nourriture, la culture et votre hôte. Il ne s’agit pas seulement de cuisiner, mais de se sentir chez soi dans la Ville rose, même si ce n’est que pour quelques heures.

We had a fantastic time in with Swati and her family. They are such lovely people who made every effort to share their culture and food with us in a most hospitable way. She was so kind and patient with us, and Swati and her mother made absolutely delicious food for us. We will definitely go again in the future. Best experience we've had in Jaipur so far - I can't recommend it enough.

Our best activity in India ! We were safely picked up and escorted to the family home and welcomed . The class is with the mother of the family but they all were very friendly and sweet ! We got to choose which kind of foods we were going to make then shown how to do it and got to make our own ! Also explained about spices and how they make their own blends etc . Sat down to eat and served which was really sweet , easy to talk to very comfortable and clean safe feeling activity . Nice to have a feel of a genuine Indian family welcoming us into their home . The dad then made sure we got home safely by walking us to a pick up spot and waiting until we was in th e uber . Cannot recommend enough
