On pickup the driver was 30 minutes late. However the company kept in good contact with me throughout. On dropoff the driver was punctual.

Quick review and an unpleasant experience with this company! Made a reservation online a couple of days ago, got an email confirmation with the pickup address at the airport and detailed complete home address for the drop off. One day before received a WhatsApp message that the rate has more than doubled! Everything was on the reservation in detail and even had followed up with an email! Totally unprofessional and not a dependable company!

The service you reserved strictly covers transfers within İzmir city center and is limited to a maximum distance of 20 km. The address you provided is in Çeşme, approximately 93 km from İzmir Airport, and is therefore completely outside the scope of the service. This information is clearly stated during the booking process. Furthermore, the review you have submitted is based on a service that you have not received, which makes it inappropriate and misleading. Please be advised that we reserve all legal rights regarding such actions under the provisions of the Industrial Property Law No. 6769, the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK), and the Turkish Penal Code (TCK). Such cases may be subject to review by our legal department if deemed necessary. We strongly advise all guests to carefully READ and UNDERSTAND (When we see guests who don't understand, we try to explain it to them via WhatsApp.) the service details before making a reservation and to select only the destinations available within the system. Requests for locations not listed in our system will not be accepted under any circumstances. For your reference, a separate transfer service specifically for Çeşme Alaçatı from İzmir is available on the same platform. As no payment has been made and no financial loss has occurred on your part, your claim lacks any material basis. Nevertheless, the issue has been forwarded to the relevant department for record purposes. We expect greater diligence in future bookings. Regards.
They gave him the wrong hotel location but he was very helpful to take us to the proper location. Great driver. He couldn't have been better

Excellent service for transfer from airport to hotel. Driver was waiting at airport with a sign, helped with our luggage, then took us to our hotel.

Punctual pick-up from a friendly driver and modern vehicle, 35 minutes drive to City Center. After landing, we went straight to Hotel without and waiting time.

It was a mini bus, they gave all the necessary information about how to find them easily, they also cooperated well with our rebooked flight, very well recommend it!
