La prise en charge est disponible pour tous les hôtels de la région de Phuket. La prise en charge est prévue 30 minutes avant le départ. Le voyagiste confirmera l'heure exacte de prise en charge par e-mail. N'oubliez pas de revérifier votre e-mail. Veuillez prévoir de rencontrer le chauffeur dans le hall de votre hôtel au moins 10 minutes avant l'heure prévue. Vous pouvez être considéré comme un no-show si vous arrivez plus de 10 minutes en retard ou après que la voiture a quitté votre hôtel.

- Dans le cas rare où nous serions contraints d'annuler une visite, nous vous en informerons à l'avance et vous proposerons une date de visite différente, une visite alternative ou un remboursement complet.
- Les personnes ayant subi des blessures au dos, aux hanches, aux jambes, aux genoux ou aux pieds au cours de la dernière année ne sont pas autorisées à participer.
- Les personnes souffrant d’hypertension artérielle, d’asthme ou de maladies congénitales ne sont pas autorisées à participer.

Fun day out with the family. Trails did not feel too scary for beginners and the two guys guiding us were very friendly and professional. 90 minutes was a long time, so we might just do one hour next time as it was very hot when we started at 10am and finished at 11.30am.

Very nice quad bike ride with nice views of patong and Karon. To do in the morning or end of the day to avoid heavy heat. The welcome was on top 👍

We had a very fun time!! The instructor were good and helpful as it was our first time driving ATV. We took the one hour long ride and it was quite far actually so very happy with the length!

I paid full price for 3ATV with passenger but genuinely made mistake of not declaring the 3rd passenger. They didn’t allow the paid passenger to accompany because it wasn’t declared even tho the price was included in the booking.

However, according to our records, your booking was made for 3 drivers (ATV for 3 persons), but you arrived with 4 people. Unfortunately, the 3rd passenger was not declared in the booking and the reservation was not updated in advance. For safety and insurance purposes, all participants — including passengers — must be declared and included in the confirmed booking. Since the additional person was not registered, we were unable to allow them to join the ride at that time. This is a must-do in Phuket! The operators are so much fun and really go out of their way to make sure everyone has a good time - they take great photos too! We were a big group of 10 and everyone had a great time. The views at the top of the mountain are breathtaking. We did the 90 min adventure and it was the perfect length gave me time to get comfortable on the ATV with plenty of time still on the tour.
