Commencez votre tour privé de cuisine de rue d'Istanbul avec un Petit-déjeuner turc traditionnel dans la vieille ville. Promenez-vous dans la région du Spice Bazaar pour déguster du simit, des délices turcs et des collations locales avant de prendre le ferry public qui traverse le Bosphore jusqu'à Kadikoy, du côté asiatique. Explorez le marché Kadikoy, arrêtez-vous dans les boulangeries, les grillades et les stands de street food pour le börek, le lahmacun, le döner ou le dürüm, le kokorec pour les plats aventureux, meze et de saison. Terminez avec du café ou du thé turc et un bonbon comme le baklava ou le künefe. Cette visite couvre deux continents en une journée, comprend toutes les dégustations de nourriture et les transports en commun, et se concentre sur les lieux locaux authentiques plutôt que sur les restaurants touristiques. We had a fabulous morning with Sercan Mert! He explain all the different food, the history and teach us so many things of Turkey we didn’t know. Excellent guide! We really enjoyed our time with our wonderful guide, Elif, who took us to some of the out of the ordinary places to sample local dishes. Elif also gave us quite a bit of history about Istanbul as well as tips for the rest of our time in the city.

Our experience was fantastic. We had a great variety of food, lot's of history, and saw parts of Istanbul that we probably wouldn't have seen but for the tour. It was just my husband and I with the guide, who was wonderful. Come hungry and expect to see and eat an incredible amount. We were in Asia and Europe, taking the ferry back and forth. We were able to shop a bit in the Spice Market too. Highly recommend this tour.
We had a wonderful time with Emre. When you go with him, make sure you bring your appetite. He met us in front of our rental apartment and showed us how to use the public transit system to get around Istanbul. Along the way, we enjoyed a lot of different local food.
