Some dishonest Cab drivers
Two out of three tried to tell us that we only gave them one dollar. The first one tried to steal over 100 US. He began screaming that he wanted small bills and then he wanted a large bill. Causing much confusion. He said we only gave him one US.. We were adamant that he was given a hundred dollars. He finally gave us back our money and we paid him.
Second driver did the same thing with a 20 US. We just walked away knowing that he was paid as owed.
Third was a gem we paid and gave a 30% tip.

Good Service, Supportive Staff, Best Price
I had a great experience with Burno Travels, highly recommended for tours.
Specially Ms. SANAE was very cooperative and she supported to arrange the luxury vehicle on time for Airport Transporation.
Prices are cheaper as compared to others option in Market.

Excellent tour organisor - Istanbul & Cappadocia
We booked Bruno travels before our arrival in Istanbul.
They have licensed and English speaking guides who are very friendly.
We chose airport pick up and drop ,private day tours, bosphorous night cruise.
Our drivers and guides both in Istanbul (Mohammed) and Cappadocia (Nehad) were excellent. Guides spoke fluent English , were very accommodating and had our best interests in mind.
The private cars they sent were very clean and always on time or before time. (Mercedes V class !)
Mr. Mohammed Mohiuddin the founder of Bruno travels was helpful throughout. He helped organizing our trip in a very professional manner.
Its a very well organized and well coordinated travel agency and we have had no complaints. Everything was take care of by them.
They have staff at the airport that help you get to your car and make sure you are comfortable. Highly recommend!
