L'île de Skye est connue pour ses paysages déchiquetés, ses villages de pêcheurs pittoresques et ses châteaux médiévaux. N'oubliez pas d'apporter chaussures de marche avec vous. L'un des plus beaux paysages naturels de l'île de Skye est Quiraing. (Le grand autocar ne peut pas s'arrêter à cette attraction; il sera remplacé par le Neist Point). Sur le chemin du retour au village de Portree, nous nous arrêtons au Old Man of Storr. Après cette longue promenade, vous méritez un repos au village de Portree. Votre guide vous emmènera dans un restaurant typique de la région pour déjeuner. Une fois que vous aurez récupéré votre énergie, nous visiterons le port de Portree. Notre visite sur l'île de Skye serait incomplète sans aller au château et aux jardins de Dunvegan. VEUILLEZ NOTER: longues marches impliquées TU ME MANQUES DÉJÀ!!

Itinéraire
La promenade Quiraing est une boucle qui traverse certains des paysages les plus spectaculaires d'Écosse. La crête a été formée par un glissement de terrain massif qui a créé de hautes falaises et des pinacles de roche. Préparez vos caméras pour des vues à couper le souffle. (Le grand autocar ne peut pas s'arrêter à cette attraction; il sera remplacé par le Neist Point).
Old Man of Storr tire son nom du fait que le contour de la roche et le sommet en saillie ressemblent à celui du visage d'un vieil homme. Est situé au nord de l'île.
Port de Portree qui est toujours utilisé par les bateaux de pêche ainsi que par les bateaux de plaisance.
Est la plus grande ville et capitale de l'île de Skye dans les Hébrides intérieures de l'Écosse
Château et jardins de Dunvengan. Ce château primé et domaine des Highlands imprégnés d'histoire et de légendes de clans; c'est la demeure ancestrale des chefs du clan Maclead depuis 800 ans. Billet inclus.

Our guide, Willie, was really accommodating about making sure we hit all the spots that were on our wish list for the day. He mapped out a route that allowed us to see everything and was open to changes along the way. He was also flexible with the timing at each stop and easygoing about our request for multiple coffee stops :).

Just Hooked in Portree sells the most wonderful fish/shellfish. We have had superb Hake, Halibut/Fish Pie Mix/Samphire Everybody so helpful to provide a premium product - not over priced

Fiona is a lovely lass, great driver and Isle of Skye native who answered every possible question about her homeland with humor and insight. She guided us to all the beautiful natural wonders of the Isle. She took care that we were comfortable, had rest stops and arrived at Dunvegan Castle with plenty of time to tour and have “a wee bit” of refreshments. Would definitely recommend her tour!

We loved our tour around the Isle of Skye with Willie. There were 5 in our group and all had a great day. He was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He took us everywhere we wanted to go, and to places we did not think about. No worries about parking, he would drop us off, and we would spend as much time as we wanted in any location. We were able to visit many places in just the one day, and we never felt rushed. -impossible to do that ourselves! And having a local guide was the best! Definitely recommend this tour to get the most out of your time on Skye.

Had the best tour with Rab, we covered a lot of ground with the limited time we get from the ship. We covered popular areas and off the beaten path sites. Such a beautiful area and it was great doing it with a private guide, miss the crowds and control what you want to see.
