Nous avons reçu un accès exclusif à une ferme fruitière tropicale privée Daintree Rainforest, où nous pouvons marcher dans l'ancienne forêt tropicale et nager sous une cascade vierge et isolée.... Après avoir exploré cette promenade idyllique à travers des clairières forestières luxuriantes et la vallée du ruisseau, nous savourons un superbe déjeuner gastronomique, avec des choix de steak, poisson barramundi, poulet, kangourou et végétarien. VEUILLEZ SAISIR VOS CHOIX DE DÉJEUNER POUR TOUS LES VOYAGEURS DANS LA RUBRIQUE "CONDITIONS PARTICULIÈRES" LORS DU DÉPART. Et puis terminer l'après-midi avec une croisière en bateau unique sur la rivière Daintree à la recherche des fascinants crocodiles estuariens et autres animaux sauvages de cet écosystème du patrimoine mondial. Pour commencer la matinée, nous traverserons des paysages côtiers luxuriants et montagneux depuis Port Douglas, découvrant l'histoire et la culture de la région, tout en nous dirigeant vers l'ancienne forêt tropicale de Daintree.
Pour notre promenade sauvage spectaculaire et idyllique, nous traversons d'anciennes clairières de la forêt tropicale et la vallée au bord du ruisseau jusqu'à une magnifique cascade isolée dans la zone du patrimoine mondial des tropiques humides de Daintree, où nous pouvons nager dans cette piscine rocheuse immaculée et intacte. La marche dure une heure légèrement difficile dans chaque sens, nécessitant une forme physique raisonnable et un bon équilibre. Nous avançons à un rythme tranquille, partageant de nombreux détails fascinants sur l'écosystème préservé de la forêt tropicale le long du sentier... Nous nous détendons ensuite et nous livrons à une baignade rafraîchissante dans ce Rockpool naturel magique où nous pouvons nager juste sous les chutes !
Nous savourons un superbe déjeuner gastronomique dans un restaurant caché dans la forêt tropicale, avec un choix de steak, de poisson, de kangourou, de poulet ou végétarien, ainsi que d'autres besoins diététiques pris en compte. Had a wonderful day with Allister and Daintree Experience. We started off on a crocodile cruise and saw many crocs from small hatchlings to a large older alpha male. Lunch was a delightful visit featuring local rainforest fruits. The guided hike to a beautiful waterfall in the Daintree was special. We essentially had the trail to ourselves and had as much time as we wanted to swim in the pool below the waterfall. Allister is incredibly nice and lended a lot of stories about the area as only a local could. I appreciated his stories and I really gained a deeper understanding of the local social, political and environmental factors in the region.

Allister provided a unique opportunity to see parts of the Daintree off limits to the general public - notably the beautiful Cassowary Falls. The Croc cruise with multiple crocodile sightings and the delicious lunch topped off a great day.

We have had a wonderful day! First we went on a Daintree river cruise with Bruce Belcher & Sons, enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Daintree Tea House (where we were entertained by the owner who told us stories about all tropical fruits served at the restaurant). Finally, we were taken on a waterfall walk through the Daintree rainforest and swam in the lagoon. Best of all our guide, Alistair, who entertained us with his lovely stories and explained things as we walked along. This tour is highly recommended and not to be missed!

An amazing experience and a fantastic day for anyone interested in Australia's unique nature and UNESCO World Heritage-listed ecosystems. The hike to a secluded waterfall, which only Allister offers, is absolutely breathtaking. Along the way, you learn so much about the rainforest through a truly immersive experience. Before or after the am hike, you'll enjoy a wonderful Daintree River cruise, where you can spot crocodiles up close in their natural habitat. The day also includes a lovely lunch, during which you get to taste and learn about local tropical fruits. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable Daintree experience. RT f

This is an outstanding tour. Facilitated by a relatable authentic local guide. Alistair is a rock star. He has a great sense of humor, was very knowledgeable of the surroundings, including history and nature, and has insider access to many of the local gem.
