Imerovigli : Couples Massage & Spa Experience avec Sauna & Jacuzzi

Thank you very much for your kind review and recommendation! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your Couples Massage & Spa Experience and that you found the experience relaxing and our team welcoming and accommodating. Regarding your comment about the Jacuzzi, as we explained during your visit, the indoor Jacuzzi is non-heated during the summer months, providing a refreshing contrast after the heat of the Finnish sauna. We’re very pleased that you otherwise had an excellent time and truly appreciate your recommendation. It was a pleasure welcoming you both during your honeymoon in Santorini. We wish you a lifetime of love, happiness and many wonderful adventures together! Warm wishes from Santorini, Theodore & the Santorini Zen Spa Team

Dear jwells9496 Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time in the Sauna & Jacuzzi followed by your Couples’ Massage, and that it was the relaxing and rejuvenating experience you needed after all that walking and climbing around Europe! 😊 It was a pleasure welcoming you both, and we truly appreciate your kind words about our massage therapists. Warm wishes from Santorini, Theodore & the Santorini Zen Spa Team

Dear Riley, Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for choosing Santorini Zen Spa to celebrate your honeymoon. We are delighted that you enjoyed the privacy of our Spa Experience, as well as your couples massage. It means a lot to us that every part of your visit helped make this special occasion even more memorable. On behalf of our entire Santorini Zen Spa team, thank you for your trust and recommendation. We wish you both a lifetime of happiness together and hope to welcome you back to Santorini in the future. Warm regards, Theodore & the Santorini Zen Spa Team

Dear Gianna, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our spa facilities and appreciated the kindness and hospitality of our team. We are naturally sorry that the massage did not fully meet your expectations. We would simply like to clarify for future readers that your reservation was for our Couples' Spa Experience with Sauna & Jacuzzi, which includes 60 minutes of private access to the sauna and heated jacuzzi, followed by a 60-minute couples massage. As requested on the day of your visit, we were happy to accommodate your arrival one hour earlier than your scheduled appointment and tailor your experience by proceeding directly to the massage, skipping the spa facilities. Every guest has different preferences regarding massage techniques and pressure, which is why we always encourage open communication with our therapists during the treatment so that each session can be personalized accordingly. We sincerely appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving the experience we offer to our guests. We wish you all the best and thank you once again for choosing Santorini Zen Spa. Warm regards, Theodore Haralabides Spa Manager Santorini Zen Spa
