Long story but I ended up buying a ticket because the guide took a long time and came back with one too few and I didn't want to wait another hour while he figured out how to get more. Then there was an extra tourist fee of 30 reais that no one knew about and someone paid for me. Would recommend a lot more coordination ahead of time if you choose this tour. Transfers across border were efficient and worked just fine, though.
The tour is a class of culture, fun and indescribable beauty. We return delighted
I wanted to thank and congratulate Mr. Felipe. My son and I took the excursion to the Argentine side of the Falls. Outstanding predisposition, kindness, and responsibility. It was truly a pleasure to have enjoyed our tour with him as a guide. Congratulations! Franco and Carolina
The attendant Bruna served us very well, we had to change the dates of the tours and she was super attentive, helpful, quick to respond to us, in addition throughout our conversation showed super empathic.
Muito obrigada por compartilhar sua experiência conosco! É muito gratificante saber que nosso atendimento fez a diferença e contribuiu para que tudo ocorresse da melhor forma. Esperamos recebê-los novamente em breve!
Excellent walk. Mainly by Guia Felipe, who led our tour in a brilliant way. .
Marco, que bom saber que o passeio foi tão especial! O Felipe vai ficar muito feliz com esse reconhecimento. Foi um prazer fazer parte dessa experiência com vocês. Voltem sempre!
We had an amazing tour to Argentina side of Iguazu Falls! Highly recommend. The entire experience was well planned, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the main attractions. Our guide, Ryan, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, communicating fluently in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. He made sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip. Transportation was smooth and our guide handled everything at border control and customs. There was a nominal tourist tax before leaving Argentina so much sure to bring cash.
The falls are spectacular - this is a review of the tour not the falls. We selected this tour as the most affordable option. It included pickup and return, and the entrance ticket. Despite only 12 on the tour the bus would not divert to collect 4 of us, who were 5 minutes drive (20 minutes walk) from the nearest hotel pickup point. The tour guide was professional (12 years experience) and seamlessly got us through the border controls. Lunch options at the falls are limited, either an expensive buffet, or a less expensive buffet, I believe there's also a cafe with burgers, sandwiches, etc. There are 3 main walks to complete, we did 2 before lunch. After the lunch break the group had apparently decided not to complete to high-level walk. We were not consulted. I did pick up on the language used in the morning to describe the 3 walks, noting the high-level walk is not as beautiful and provides no real views of the falls. Suspected this ploy was used regularly and that most customers are happy with completing 2 of the 3 walks. I was a bit perturbed that we were not consulted with and the decision seemed irreversible. Two of our group would have happily completed the third walk. All in all the day was fantastic! The walks were at the speed of the slowest so those who want to go faster would be best to make arrangements to meet at agreed places. I feel it would be more honest to advertise as a full day to complete 2 of the 3 walks.

Thank you for your trust and for taking the time to tell us about your experience.
I thank the guide Edson q was punctual and attentive all the time. Immaculate attention
Tour was bit rushed by the guide Andrew, he moved at a fast pace and should have given more time at each spot and through each route Devils throat and upper trail. Also this tour markets that there will be max 10 Travellers but they brought 12. Also this tour was supposed to be all in English but it has 5 Spanish speakers, 2 Portuguese speakers, 5 English speakers. The tour ended at park at 2pm itself.
We were reliably picked up by our driver/guide Felipe, he spoke English, Spanish and of course Portuguese. The entry to Argentina was very fast, he collected the passports and a few minutes later he came back and it could go on. Once at the park Felipe got the tickets, which are included. The Iguazu waterfalls in Argentina are indescribably beautiful and should be seen. You first take the train from the Visitor Center to the Teufelsschlund station and walk there the 1.1km long jetty over the waterfall, where you get really wet! Then take the train to the foodcourt and lunch. After that came the Upper Trail which always offered great views and the Lower Trail which was the highlight for us. Both trails are almost 2km long, run on jetties through the middle of beautiful nature and are circular paths. We all ran relaxed trails, had enough time to take pictures and linger. You could always fill up water bottles and take a breath in the shade. There was also enough time for the lunch break. At the end we were again about 30min at the foodcourt while Felipe picked up the bus and then picked us up from there. Passports and the tourist tax fee were collected in cash at the border, you could stay seated again and Felipe took care of everything. We are extremely satisfied with the complete tour, our guide and of course the experience itself and would do it the same again.
