Tourist guide is wonderful!! He is very knowledgeable and helpful.. He helped every way and took good care of our stuff as well while we were in boat tour
Tour was amazing! Guilherme our guide was the best! We recommend this trip with him 10/10. The wildlife was amazing!! The views were breathtaking, every turn was something new to see. Very knowledgeable. We did a lot of walking and there were plenty of places to grab some water or use the bathroom. Route were easy to walk, just lots of it, most of the time in Argentina was elevated and did get a little bit slippery so make sure to wear shoes with good traction. And being a rain coat or poncho, the devils head or mouth(the big falls) you will get wet. Do not pass on this adventure!!
While the logistical organization of the tour was seamless and the natural beauty of Iguazu Falls is absolutely breathtaking, I cannot recommend this specific tour guide. The entire day felt incredibly rushed, as if the itinerary wasn't planned well enough to let us actually enjoy the sites. Instead of providing rich information or interesting insights about what we were seeing, the guide mostly focused on hurrying us along to stay on schedule. There was zero added value to having a guide on this trip. If you are looking to truly learn about the area and explore at a comfortable pace rather than just rushing from one place to another, I would suggest booking a different operator.
I dont know you, and we reported you.
This is an amazing trip experience. Fernando my personal guide is an enthusiastic and colorful story teller. He is a treasure trove of interesting facts about Paraguay, Brazil, and Argentia. He knows where to go and how to get you there quickly with a warm personality. You cannot pick a better tour. In an emergeny over a damaged phone, Fernando went out of his way providing guidance and resourcefulness. Trip saved with fantastic pictures.
My girlfriend and I had a fantastic day at Iguazu Falls! We were able to hike on both the Argentina and Brazil side of the Falls to catch some great views. Our guide took us there during hours where it felt like we were the only ones in the park so we’re able to get some really nice pictures. We also did the rafting experience, which is something I will always remember. Our guide Guilherme was very knowledgeable and kind during our time with him. We finished up late at night and he was even sure to drive slowly on way back because my girlfriend and I had mentioned that we wanted to try to see a jaguar. It was a great experience that I recommend to anyone.
I had the most wonderful time, our tour guide was fantastic. The Iguazu Falls is something that everyone should do once in a lifetime. An unforgettable experience.
The waterfalls were spectacular and the boat tour a real experience. However, the journey started slightly delayed, then the driver had to fill up and get things and later we would have to worry the rest of the day that the car would stop.
Guilherme was a great guide. We saved a lot of time at the borders and inside the parks because of his knowledge. He was helpful and interesting. We recommend this tour 100%
Love it. Worth of every penny. Our tour guide Fernando was so good to cover both side of the falls and awesome lunch. Luckily very reasonable crowd to cross the border and near falls❤️❤️❤️
Pros: Great communication on pickup. Nice Guys. Biggest pro is that you were led through the boarder and process of buying tickets with ease. The guide(s) knew the process and quickly led you through it. Other pro is it was a private tour. Cons: Once on tour it was rushed and very little information provided. We were not told the agenda of the day, just constantly told to follow them while they walked quickly ahead of us, not really making sure to check that we were keeping up. Did not seem concerned for physicals needs such as water (in the 90 degree weather), bathroom breaks, or even food. We had to ask to stop for lunch, water, and bathroom breaks. We also had to ask several times what was on the agenda, what was next, how long, etc. Then after several hours we were transferred to another guide, which we had no idea was going to happen. Make sure to bring snacks and water and ask for what you need. Hopefully they will do well, as they were nice guys, just need more experience in tourism.
