Parc ornithologique et chutes d'Iguazu
Description
Le Parc des Oiseaux, à Foz do Iguaçu, est un sanctuaire qui abrite plus de 1300 spécimens de 150 espèces, offrant une expérience immersive au milieu de la nature. Les visiteurs parcourent des sentiers entourés de pâturages exuberants, observant de près des oiseaux exotiques comme les tucains et les araras. Les chutes d'Iguaçu, l'une des nouvelles sept merveilles de la nature, enchanteront avec ses impressionnantes chutes d'eau, totalisant 275 sauts. Le parc propose des trottoirs offrant des vues spectaculaires. Ensemble, ces destinations révèlent la riche biodiversité et les beautés naturelles de la région.

Itinéraire
La journée commencera par le transfert entre les hôtels, avec des prises en charge prévues entre 07h30 et 08h10. Ensuite, il y aura un bref arrêt au Chocolate Caseiro (magasin de souvenirs), d'une durée de 30 minutes.
Après l'arrêt, vous partirez pour les chutes d'Iguazu, du côté brésilien, où vous pourrez apprécier la grandeur de la nature. Le safari Macuco se déroule dès votre arrivée au parc. Il sera suivi d'un *sentier écologique* (durée à déterminer en fonction du groupe), permettant une immersion encore plus grande dans la nature locale. Après le sentier, le groupe fera une pause pour *déjeuner* au restaurant Porto Canoas qui surplombe la rivière Iguassu.
Dans l'après-midi, les passagers qui ont opté pour cette activité visiteront le parc ornithologique, ce qui aura lieu immédiatement après la visite des chutes.

The place is very beautiful, very large and full of vegetation, it has birds from everywhere and functions as a sanctuary for birds that have been captive, injured, or mistreated. It is very much worth it. The toucans are beautiful, the blue, red, green, and yellow macaws are incredible, there is a harpy eagle (endangered), there is everything. The souvenirs are of good quality and cute.
Everything excellent. It is a great experience that I would do again.

The guide is basically a driver. I did not see any advantage in hiring this service, it is better to pick up a hotel uber (and be able to be more informative). He took us first to a souvenir store focusing on chocolates (and basically things you’ll see in the bird park shops and also in the waterfalls). The company's focus seems to be selling the macuco safari experience. Several delays (maybe caused by the maintenance that is being done on the road between the birds park and the cataract - we did this path on foot, including) and little communication, the guide was not la in the agreed times to meet, always appeared five minutes late and still had to go hunting the rest of the group that had not yet arrived. Anyway, I would like it to be better organized, both parks are beautiful and have a very good structure.

Truly a great tour! Iguazú falls is a must see and the tour was a perfect day for the Brazilian side. You MUST do the boat ride! Our tour guide was amazing and super friendly

Saw a veriety of bird species. They are cared for well. I saw many birds which were exotic and I had never seen before. Some common birds were also visible. All that left a very pleasant feeling.

Amazing! The whole experience is incredible. The waterfalls from the brazilian side in my opinion are better because lf the amazing panoramic views. I would recommend 10000% to book the Macacu safari experience, it just elevated the whole experience.
