We had an exceptional time with Lucas as he showed us "his" island. The culture, history, geography, and folklore made the day interesting (especially for a teen ager) as he showed us the hidden spots less traveled and bi-passed by many tour busses. The tour was in his vehicle which were very thankful had AirCon as the temps reached in the mid 30's. Thanks to Lucas we have many photos of us all as he insisted taking pictures of us with my camera.
It would have been nice to actually write a review and share beautiful photos had I gone on an excursion. I made a booking through Viator in April for a shore excursion scheduled for 5 August 2026. I sent a message Ibiza_Snap_ Tours on the 7 July 2026 to confirm all is still on schedule. Received a positive reply from Mark Bart regarding meeting time etc. which reassures me. On the 31st July, whilst on vacation and after having two last minute cancellations, I messaged Mark to confirm the booking. Mark replied and reassures me we are still on track. On the 2 Aug Mark sends a message to cancel due to a change in his schedule and he requested I cancel the booking from my end. On the 3 Aug Mark sent me a watsapp and much to my relief that he has found a solution and can assist me with a private excursion but it will have to be an hour less than originally booked. I was happy with that. So we were back on track and excited to explore Ibiza which was going to be a highlight for me. I get to port on the 5th Aug, make my way out to the terminal to meet Mark, and his a no show. I messaged and he replies that an emergency has come up and he won’t make it. Left stranded again. This was the 3rd cancellation for a booking done with Viator on the same vacation. Great end to a vacation, thanks Ibiza_Snap_Tours for the bad experience which not only reflects on you, but on Viator as well. Disappointing!!!
Wonderful experience of Ibiza you don’t see everyday and haven’t heard about. You’ll see places that are hard to reach, but are amazingly beautiful. Highly recommended! Tour was personalized especially for us, for which we are very grateful!
It was an amazing experience and felt so personal. Our tour guide was so engaging and funny. The whole family loved it.
The guide was very friendly, gave interesting information about the places and took great Fotos. Big recommendation!
Absolutely amazing tour! We were able to see locations we would have never been able to see or know about on our own! Mark was wonderful! I highly recommend the tour guide and tour!
A very complete and unforgettable tour; the guide Mark, with extensive knowledge of the island, perfectly illustrates the history of the places visited.
With a clear communication since booking, our tour guide Mark pickup us up at the hotel. Only my wife and I for a private tour. Mark is fluent in English and Spanish, very courteous, knowledgeable and fun. We visited the places as advertised, though you have the flexibility of suggesting an itinerary according to your interests, thus we skipped the Ibiza Town that had visited by ourselves, giving us more time at other places. All places had interesting cultural and historical facts, non less to say the marvelous views. The tour is not too short nor too long, just the right time. Wear comfortable shoes since there is some walking for uneven surface. I wish I could giving more than a 5 to this experience.
Mark is an outstanding guide — 10/10, no question. This tour completely changed how I see Ibiza. Forget the clubs and tourist traps; this is the island’s soul. In one day we covered an incredible amount of ground: the charming village of Sant Agustín with its music school, the atmospheric Rave Cave, hidden beaches at Cala Escondida and Cala Comte, the mystical Es Vedrà, an ancient Phoenician settlement, the stunning Cala d’Hort with its iconic Es Vedrà beach view, and the historic Festival Club in Sant Josep de Sa Talaia. The scenery is breathtaking and the history is genuinely fascinating — Mark brings it all to life with real knowledge and enthusiasm. He also has a brilliant eye for photography and will help you capture shots you’d never get on your own. One practical tip: book all four seats in the vehicle. It comfortably fits three people plus Mark, so booking the extra seat is well worth it for the space and comfort.
Extremely unreliable and unprofessional company! Would avoid! My husband and I were having a long weekend break in Ibiza and booked this tour a couple of weeks in advance. The organiser messaged me to notify me there had been an issue on how their TripAdvisor account had been set up and I shouldn’t have been able to book a Friday but they could do Saturday instead. Sure no problem - we moved the booking! The day before the tour we got another email telling us that he had great news that no one else would had booked the same tour so it would be a private tour and he would pick us up at midday. At 6:30 the morning of the tour we get a third email, he has cancelled the tour, issued a refund and told us that he wasn’t even on the island of Ibiza (was apparently in Mallorca). He asked if we would like to rebook the tour for the Sunday (the day of our departure from the island) but because he had already refunded the trip our money was in a holding pattern so not only could we not enjoy the tour that we had expected and had confirmed the day before but were also now unable to book anything else. Strongly advise everyone to avoid this operator to ensure you aren’t messed around like we were Extremely disappointed
