Loved this tour. It was an easy, crowd-free way to see Houston’s highlights and learn a lot along the way. Our guide was phenomenal, with great stories and deep knowledge of the city. We stopped for photos at a few key places, but the tour kept a nice flow and never felt excessive.
Alan was very knowledgeable in explaining the history of all 4 of the major zones that he took us too in the city. He was kind, curious and his van was extremely clean. I originally from Houston and thought this was a nice way to show my friend visiting from the our beautiful town. I will absolutely take other friends visiting Houston on Alan's tour in the future!

Fantastic tour by very knowledgeable guide Allan. Should be required for anyone staying in Houston for 2-3 days, so as to learn about all of the wonderful activities that are available. Also provides a great overview of the history of Houston.

The Houston City 2.5 hour Van Tour was enjoyable and an informative tour full of history. The tour guide was punctual, attentive, courteous, and very professional alerting about pickup times, locations and changes. If there were questions, he answered the phone number attached to the alerts and patiently/thoroughly explained everything when answering the questions. He was knowledgeable about the history of Houston, Texas and appeared to love his city and job. The city is clean with beautiful homes, buildings and artwork. The only drawback is the tinted windows on the tour van makes it difficult to clearly see everything. It is understandable that Houston/Texas is very hot and the tint on the windows is necessary for shade and heat control, but it does take away from the tour, especially, with all of the beautiful murals that the City of Houston displays from some very talented artist!!
