Étape 1 : Un accueil chaleureux Nous nous retrouverons à un point de rendez-vous central dans la médina et vous accompagnerons jusqu'à notre maison familiale. Votre expérience commence par un accueil traditionnel autour d'un thé à la menthe sucré et de pâtisseries marocaines, qui vous feront vous sentir comme un invité d'honneur. Étape 2 : L'art de la cuisine marocaine Apprenez à préparer un repas marocain complet grâce à nos recettes familiales. Nous vous guiderons dans la préparation de salades fraîches telles que le zaalouk et la taktouka, de tajines emblématiques (un poulet savoureux aux légumes OU des boulettes de viande épicées) et d'un dessert rafraîchissant aux fruits. Étape 3 : Repas festif et échange culturel Pendant que vos tajines mijotent, nous vous raconterons des anecdotes sur les traditions marocaines. C'est l'occasion rêvée de vivre un véritable échange culturel et de prendre plein de photos. Pour finir, nous nous réunirons pour savourer le festin que vous avez contribué à préparer. En prime : Vous aimez ces saveurs ? Vous aurez la possibilité d'acheter les mêmes épices authentiques et de grande qualité que celles que nous utilisons en cours, à des prix très intéressants, afin de pouvoir recréer la magie du Maroc chez vous.

A beautiful experience. You enter a real Moroccan house and prepare various dishes, including the famous tajine. The guides are very friendly and make you feel at ease; there is laughter, joking, and discussions about traditions while meeting new people. A beautiful experience.
Great experience with Mohammed and Zacharia. They have been very welcoming and we had a good time. We had the chance to prepare and share some amazing authentic dishes and to have a good chat while at it. It felt like being with friends. I highly recommend it. Thank you!

The amount of actual cooking time is not much. But the assistant spoke great English. While the delicious food cooks, he sits and chats. Also made the group have a mint tea pouring competition, which my kids a d I absolutely lovef

Abdo’s cooking experience was one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco. My daughter and I did together. We felt like family as soon as we stepped in the door. Don’t hesitate to book with him. You will love it!! In addition to the cooking being awesome, talking with the locals and learning about their culture was wonderful. We will be back again one day!

This was such a fun experience!! My mom and I attended Abdo’s cooking class and had an absolute blast. Abdo and the rest of his team were so welcoming towards us and all the food we made was so delicious (and there was so much of it!). I would highly recommend this and would definitely go back again!!

We had an absolutely amazing holiday in Morocco—definitely one of my all-time favourites—and the evening cooking experience with abdou and his cousin was a real highlight. Abdou is such a warm, genuine, and welcoming host. He guided us through preparing two delicious traditional tagines: one chicken, lemon, and olive, and one with beef meatballs. We also enjoyed traditional mint tea, but the real standout was the conversation. Chatting with abdou and his cousin about life in Marrakesh and the modern Moroccan way of life was fascinating and gave us such a rich insight into the culture. Highly recommended for anyone who is interested in learning about Moroccan kitchen and culture.
