Visite du matin : de 8 h 30 à 13 h 00 Visite de l'après-midi : de 14 h 00 à 18 h 30 Des guides touristiques locaux viendront vous chercher en voiture à votre hôtel. Et ils vous emmèneront au marché de Hoi An. Ils vous aideront à communiquer avec les commerçants locaux et vous montreront comment choisir les bons ingrédients pour le cours de cuisine qui suivra. La visite se poursuit directement depuis le marché vers le village de Cam Thanh, réputé pour son eau de coco, où vous embarquerez à bord d’une barque en osier pour naviguer sur les canaux de la forêt de nipa de Bay Mau. Vous aurez l’occasion d’admirer la beauté des rivières de la campagne vietnamienne ; la tranquillité de la vie rurale vous fera oublier l’agitation de la ville. Vous pourrez également vous adonner à la pêche au crabe et découvrir les méthodes traditionnelles de pêche des pêcheurs accueillants de la région. Venez passer une journée unique dans un charmant village de pêcheurs vietnamien. Mme Tram, une cuisinière de talent, met à profit ses talents culinaires et ceux de ses voisins du village pour vous offrir une journée inoubliable à Hoi An

I had such a great experience Mrs Tram is an amazing chef the food was fantastic! She was super knowledgeable and helpful and when we went to the market I learnt so much about certain ingredients that are used in Vietnamese cooking.
Perfect!! It was really a super fun cooking experience! We started with a visit to the market, where we got interesting explanations about the local products. Also during cooking everything was explained very well. The chef made it extra fun and created a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!
It was a very educational experience. You get to discover and prepare typical local dishes, and everything is absolutely delicious. We will definitely be making these dishes at home again. The guide and the cook were both very friendly and helpful.

Very fun cooking class with Tram, she is lovely and funny! The food we cooked was super delicious with local ingredients. We also did the basket boat ride and market visit to get some of our ingredients! Definitely do this!
It was a beautiful experience, accompanied by wonderful and very fun people. We cooked traditional Vietnamese dishes together with chef Tram. I really recommend you try this experience, it is truly worth it! Now all that's left for us to do is try to make them again at home! 😊
