Rencontrez notre Guide au Hoi an Historic Cafe (à l'intérieur de l'Hoi an Historic Hotel) avant le début de la visite. Votre Guide adaptera à votre vélo, donnera un briefing de sécurité et présentera un aperçu de la visite.
La balade s'ouvre bientôt sur des routes paisibles bordées de cocotiers et de potagers, où les habitants se dirigent vers les champs à vélo. En cours de route, votre Guide raconte des histoires de la vie du village et explique comment ces communautés continuent d'équilibrer la tradition avec les changements apportés par le tourisme.
Notre premier arrêt est une petite cuisine familiale, où les bánh bèo (gâteaux de riz vapeur) sont préparés au Petit-déjeuner selon la méthode traditionnelle. C’est un aperçu simple et délicieux de la vie quotidienne à la campagne avant de continuer à rouler jusqu’à l’un des plus beaux villages de Hoi An, où nous nous arrêtons dans une maison familiale pour découvrir la tradition des chapelles familiales. De là, l'itinéraire longe de petits canaux et voies navigables vers un chantier de construction de bateaux en bois. La pêche demeure le moteur de la province, et la vue des artisans façonnant les coques à la main est un moment fort pour les photographes. Si le moment est bien choisi, vous verrez aussi des familles rassemblées près du rivage nettoyer leurs filets de pêche entre deux voyages en mer.
Nos derniers arrêts comprennent une distillerie familiale où le vin de riz est toujours fabriqué de la même manière qu'il l'est depuis des générations. Vous pouvez déguster un verre, ou pour les aventuriers, essayer la version locale plus forte infusée aux herbes! Après cela, il est temps de retourner à Hoi An.

We had a wonderful private bike tour with our guide Brian! We were worried that it would be more strenuous to cycle for so long in the hot weather. But it absolutely was not! We always had a comfortable pace and took many breaks. We liked all the places he took us to very much, and we really enjoyed his extremely friendly and accommodating manner. Cam on Brian!

My 2 young kids and I had a wonderful time biking through the countryside with our tour guide Tam. Tam spoke great English and did a great job explaining each stop. We felt safe following Tam's lead even while biking through the city streets en route to the countryside.

Tam was an amazing guide. He was so informative and so friendly! I was a bit apprehensive about riding a bike in the city traffic, but he kept us safe and never felt any danger. We were only in traffic for a very short time, then it was all country roads. The experiences were authentic and so interesting. Really gave us a new perspective of Vietnam. I'm 63 , and my husband is 68, we are in fairly good shape and we never felt over exerted . I highly recommend this tour and ask forTam!!!

It was a must if you are in Hoi an. This tour lets you experience how locals really live and not just the ‘tourist type’ of things. Brian is our guide and he is very knowledgable about the history and all. We did and go through places and experiences that you would’ve missed if you are doing it on your own.

Amazing tour guide. We had a fantastic bike ride and great to see another side of Hoi An, see a different way of living and working within the rice fields. While it was very hot the guide made sure we stopped off along the way
