La société d'éco-tourisme de Hoi An est une opération locale d'Eco-Tour gérée par notre famille de producteurs de riz dans le village de Cam Thanh, à Hoi An. Nous vivons et travaillons ici depuis des générations et nous l’aimons vraiment. Nous souhaitons vous faire vivre un autre type d’expérience et vous faire découvrir la vie quotidienne authentique et unique des communautés de pêcheurs et d’agriculteurs de ce village. Rejoignez-nous et vous aurez la chance de participer à des activités pratiques et à des pratiques locales amusantes, sûres et intéressantes pour tous les âges. Vous aurez un lien réel avec certaines populations locales, leur culture, le paysage, la nourriture et l'environnement, vous aiderez à mieux comprendre la culture rurale vietnamienne et enrichirez votre expérience de voyage. Nous voulons que vous vous sentiez un peu comme si vous viviez vraiment ici pendant un court instant. Le calme typique de la vie à la campagne vous emmènera loin de l'agitation de la vie urbaine et vous pourrez profiter de la vie quotidienne à la manière d'un indigène. Itinéraire
Ce matin, vous passerez votre journée dans une visite de la vie à la ferme et à la pêche qui vous fournira une exposition rapprochée et intime aux communautés agricoles et de pêcheurs locales. Accompagné de votre guide, vous commencerez la journée en pédalant lentement le long des routes de campagne et en observant de près la vie rurale vietnamienne et où vous aurez de nombreuses occasions de prendre des photos. Ensuite, vous visiterez un magnifique village de légumes biologiques, où vous aiderez à arroser et planter des légumes, biner le sol avec un agriculteur local et voir un buffle d'eau dans un champ de riz. Les occasions de prendre des photos sont infinies. Plus tard, vous embarquerez à bord de notre bateau écologique pour une croisière sur la rivière afin de rencontrer des pêcheurs locaux et de vivre une expérience pratique de la pêche au filet traditionnelle. Vous ferez également l'expérience de la pagaie du bateau à paniers en bambou vietnamien unique le long des voies navigables du paradis des cocotiers. Ce circuit vous offre une fenêtre culturelle sur les modes de vie des communautés agricoles et des pêcheurs vietnamiens. Une fois la visite terminée, vous serez ramené à l'hôtel où vous aurez du temps libre à votre guise.

Hoang took us on an excellent tour of farming and fishing. We went to the vegetable farm and were shown how different vegetables grow. Also a very different way of watering! Then the fishing village trip which was very interesting, learning the different ways they fish in Hoi An. We went to Hoang's house and learned how to make Vietnamese pancakes. The lunch was delicious and Hoang was a great guide. Would recommend.

A really enjoyable tour to see and learn about farming & fishing in Hoi An. Hoang was lovely, explaining Vietnamese life to us. He also accommodated my husbands sore knee by taking him on the back of his motorbike. Loved the chance to try making the pancake and the lunch provided was delicious. A great day! Fantastic local tour - a variety of activities including farming, fishing, cycling, banana boat rides, cooking demonstrations and a lunch at the owner’s house. Well paced, fantastic food and no pushing shopping etc.. Well done!!

Mr Hoang was a kind, thoughtful, and flexible guide who provided us with a collection of experiences from the playful to the educational. We opted to use our homestay’s provided bikes, and he guided us from there to a number of sites around his village and the surrounding rice paddies. Riding in a basket boat and sitting on a water buffalo were fun, but I particularly enjoyed our host’s clear and charming explanation and demonstration of rice farming and production, especially hulling and polishing rice using the same hand tools his parents used. The meal that concluded our brief cooking class was delicious (and felt well earned after our cycling and water buffalo-sitting). After lunch, our host led us safely back home.

I went on the tour with my 8 year old son. We had a great day! I was driving a bike with my son seated behind me while Mr. Hong was driving motorbike very slowly and guiding our private tour. Mr. Hong was really nice and gave us good information along the way. After a good day program we drove to he's home, where we were served a delicious home cooked meal. Thisbwas one of the best things we did in Hoi An and recommend it highly! :)) Thanks again Mr. Hong & family!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Hoi An Eco Tourism! The tour was well-organised, and every moment was enjoyable. Hoang was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about showcasing the beauty and culture of Hoi A farming and fishing. From the bike riding to the hands-on activities like traditional fishing and coconut boat rowing, every part of the tour felt authentic and immersive. It was amazing to learn about rice farming and to have an amazing cooking lesson Hoang’s home. This is a must-do for anyone visiting Hoi An! Highly recommend!

Our family had an incredible experience on the biking and fishing tour with Mr. Hoang in Hoi An. Traveling with our 4- and 7-year-old, we were amazed at how engaging and well-paced the entire tour was. We started by biking from our villa through the stunning rice fields, soaking in the beautiful countryside. Mr. Hoang’s warmth and knowledge made every stop fascinating. We learned how to cast fishing nets and even fished for crabs, which was a huge hit with our kids! One of the highlights was learning about the traditional rice-making process — interactive and fun for all ages. The tour wrapped up with a delicious, home-cooked meal at Mr. Hoang’s house, making us feel like part of his family. This experience was the perfect mix of adventure, education, and authentic local culture. We highly recommend it to any family visiting Hoi An!
