Prise en charge à vos hôtels à Hoi An (1 - 5km de Hoi An Central) La visite commence par une promenade à vélo le long de la rivière Thu Bon, où il n'y a pas de bruit des motos, visitez un village de pêcheurs plus de 100 ans.Puis continuez à vélo autour de l'exploration des routes de campagne à un rythme paisible pour observer les habitants. Traverser à vélo le village de cocotiers aquatiques avec plus de 7 hectares, des histoires liées à la guerre du Vietnam avec l'histoire de nombreuses personnes. Après cela, profitez de 45 minutes sur le panier bateau, et apprenez à jeter des filets pour attraper des poissons, des crabes. Ensuite, vous continuez à vélo jusqu'au village de légumes biologiques. En chemin, nous passerons par des rizières, et partagerons les difficultés pendant la saison des récoltes. Admirez les buffles d'eau, dans le village, vous serez guidé sur la façon de planter des légumes et sur l'utilisation des engrais biologiques. Après avoir rendu visite à une famille locale pour un cours de cuisine amusante et courte ( Riz crêpe ) puis vous apprécierez le déjeuner de spécialités locales. Après le déjeuner, retour à l'hôtel pour terminer la visite. (environ 16km )

Nous apprendrons comment attraper du poisson ici pendant des centaines d'années par les pêcheurs locaux.
Notre guide vous présentera la saison de culture du riz et les étapes à suivre pour faire pousser du riz ici, admirera la campagne, observera des buffles d'eau (les rizières dépendront de la saison).
Nous apprendrons à construire des maisons avec des feuilles de cocotier et du bambou, puis ferons l'expérience de ramer des bateaux-paniers sur de petits canaux pendant 45 minutes, pendant lesquelles vous apprendrez à lancer des filets pour attraper des poissons et des crabes sur la rivière comme la population locale, puis le guide vous expliquera comment la guerre du Vietnam s'est déroulée ici.
Ici, le guide vous présentera comment les gens cultivent des légumes et utilisent des engrais organiques, puis vous sentirez et goûterez tous les légumes ici. La population locale n’est absolument pas autorisée à utiliser des engrais chimiques. C'est le seul village maraîcher de Hoi An qui fournit des légumes à toute la ville. Ensuite, vous déjeunerez ici avec des plats traditionnels de Hoi An.

Linh was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable, excellent English and enjoyed laughing with us. Looking after us was her priority. Was a lovely cycle through the fields and local village and great to see this part of Hoi An. The food for lunch was delicious and cooking the pancake a bit of fun.
An excellent experience. The guide and driver were super friendly an accommodating to our disabled son. The basket boat trip was a highlight and the pancake cooking class and lunch were delicious. The overall tour was great value for money.

What a day… brilliant. Everything we wanted, and more. Our guide Hoa or ‘Flower’ was excellent. She shared her knowledge, let us take our time, took photos and shared them with us, showed us things we were not expecting (like how sesame is grown) and was great fun. The basket boats, cooking and visit to the herb garden were great too, but ‘Flower’ made it more memorable. By the end of the tour she wasn’t our guide anymore, she was our friend.

We had the most amazing time on our bike tour. Good quality bikes and helmets. Our guide was very knowledgeable, kind and patient when our daughter started to get tired. The tour is mainly flat, so suitable for all levels of biking experience. The cooking lesson followed by lunch was delicious and lots of fun. I would definitely recommend this tour to family and friends. It was a great way to see and experience Hoi An.

Flower was a delightful tour guide! She greeted our crew of 10 with a smile and made sure we were comfortable on the bicycles before riding. We enjoyed a leisurely ride through the countryside, stopping along the way for photos and water. The basket boat trip was entertaining, and the cooking class was the crowd favorite. We were even treated to massages at the end! Flower ensured that we had everything we needed to make it the best day, and she even made the teens smile with her funny jokes. Highly recommend!
