FrançaisLa visite du matin commence à 8h45 jusqu'à 13h/La visite de l'après-midi commence à 13h30 jusqu'à 18h avec un petit groupe pour 1 cours de cuisine. Vous serez pris en charge par notre guide touristique et commencerez votre journée par une visite du marché local aux côtés de notre maître chef, découvrez les ingrédients locaux. La visite se poursuit du marché local au village de la noix de coco d'eau - Profitez d'une capture pratique du "crabe violet" dans le canal et pagayez sur un "bateau-panier en bambou" unique pour contempler la beauté de la rivière dans la campagne du Vietnam. Accueillez chaleureusement et rejoignez notre véritable cours de cuisine vietnamienne et cuisiné par vous-même, appréciez ce que vous avez cuisiné 4 plats et la recette de cuisine est prête à être recréée à la maison. Ne manquez pas ces expériences locales uniques à Hoian !!! M. Tâm est un chef talentueux. Started with crab fishing on the coconut boats… ignore the reviews, we caught loads of them! Then hopped on a scooter to our cookery lesson. All the family got involved and enjoyed it and was made even better with a beer!

What a fabulous way to spend a morning! We were collected at our hotel and driven to a riverside village about if 15 minutes out if Hoi An. This was where where we were greeted by our cheerful chef and instructor Tamw! Before our cooking experience we were taken on a coconut boat ride, with much serenading, spinning, and crab fishing! Our class was wonderful! We were taken through all steps to make a banana blossom and papaya salad with quail eggs, chicken and mushroom noodles, a savoury mushroom pancake, grilled eggplant, anll topped with an delicious peanut, ginger, shallot and spring onion sauce. Dessert was caramelised sweet bananas! All in all a delightful experience, with our wonderful Chef Tam! Thank you!

Tan our guide was amazing. A great cook but most importantly very kind and enthusiastic. My meal was outstanding and will definitely be making it at home. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this experience. Our guide, Tan, was amazing—full of energy and an all-around great guy. Not only was he an excellent guide, but he was also a great chef. The food we made was absolutely delicious.
