Commencez votre journée par une prise en charge à l'hôtel et un trajet panoramique vers les East Hills, une série de pics couverts de forêts dans la cordillère des Andes. Au fur et à mesure que votre transport monte dans les montagnes, votre guide partagera ses connaissances sur la géologie de la région et vous profiterez de vues à couper le souffle depuis les falaises en bord de route. Commencez votre randonnée à travers des forêts verdoyantes jusqu'à votre premier arrêt, la cascade El Chiflón, où vous pourrez marcher derrière l'eau en cascade pour une perspective unique ou prendre une baignade rafraîchissante dans les eaux turquoises accueillantes en contrebas.
Après avoir dégusté une collation locale pour reprendre des forces, continuez votre randonnée dans la forêt en direction de la cascade de La Chorrera, qui culmine à 590 mètres (1 936 pieds). Cet itinéraire offre la possibilité d'observer la diversité de la flore de la région, notamment des broméliacées, des cèdres, des orchidées et bien plus encore. À mesure que vous vous approchez, vous entendrez le rugissement de cette merveille naturelle au loin. Prenez un moment pour vous imprégner de la vue imprenable et prendre des photos avant de commencer votre randonnée de retour.
Après environ 3h30 de marche, retournez à votre véhicule et reprenez la route vers la ville. Selon votre itinéraire, savourez un déjeuner traditionnel colombien dans le quartier historique de La Candelaria ou à Choachí avant de terminer votre journée par un retour à votre hôtel de Bogotá. Remarque : cette excursion comprend des randonnées et des déplacements à des altitudes allant de 1 923 à 2 600 mètres (6 309 à 8 530 pieds) au-dessus du niveau de la mer.

What an amazing tour! Let’s start by talking about the beautiful drive up the mountainside of Bogotá, simply amazing! The authentic breakfast snack (arepa) and drink we had before the hike, were really tasty. The hike exposes you to timeless and breathtaking moments and views. Further, the hike requires a certain level of fitness, so please be aware when booking. There is a physically demanding aspect to this tour. However, it is worth the trek! Most importantly, our tour guide, Gigio, was the best!! Gigio was very knowledgeable and provided valuable information about the region, the country, and its history. Also, Gigio did a great job of making sure we took breaks and pointing out picturesque moments, and he provided recommendations to delicious restaurants and must-see attractions around the city. In all, if you are a nature loving, thrill seeker, this is a must do tour in Bogotá!

The hike was spectacular. The guide was knowledgeable and was patient with my 13-year old daughter, as far as his pace. Beautiful view. Great lunch. Worth the 5 miles, round trip, hike!
I enjoyed the trip but it had some downsides The driver and guide were excellent, the walk itself interesting, well signposted , had beautiful scenery and was well worth a trip However, there was a cycle race on the day in Bogotá, which meant the road there was closed to traffic, consequently the drive to the park took two hours longer than planned and was along a very bumpy detour We were charged the equivalent of £240 for the trip , an expensive fee which I cannot see as justified given the service provided
We enjoyed our tour very much. The weather was foggy for the first bit but thankfully it cleared up a bit to be able to see the wide view, which was beautiful. The guide and the driver were both professional and we appreciated their help in helping us have a good experience!
