Excellent service - very easy to book. Our driver Viernele was very prompt and kind. He even took extra care driving since I get bad car sickness. They also gave a nice discount for round trip booking. No brainer to book for airport transfer!

As soon as I walked out of the airport David was there to meet us with a friendly smile and a big welcome. Kind and provided helpful information as he drove pointing sites along the way and nice cold drinks. He stopped at our request for a snack suggesting a nice local creole bread and cheese with local Piton beer. Carefully driving us through the beautiful mountain side to our Airbnb at mountain view escape. Looking forward to booking more trips with him in the future.

The driver never showed up. We were left stranded at the airport for over an hour as I tried calling them endlessly. When he (David) finally picked up, he told me that he never confirmed the ride with Viator because he was unhappy with the cut of the price he was going to receive—which I told him was irrelevant considering he directly called me about the April 20th transfer on March 26th to confirm with me. I also paid in full. But he decided he just wasn’t going to show up despite telling me I had a confirmed service and he was paid in full. Horrible. So I contested the charge on my credit card (which you should refund me anyway, Viator) and had to pay a huge markup for a random taxi at the airport after waiting for 90 minutes.

We recently returned from St. Lucia August 2021 and used St. Lucia Taxi and Tours for our airport and inter-hotel transfers. Having used them twice in the past, we found the continued quality that we expected. Charles was our careful and experienced driver and will stop at a market if desired. The vehicle was very nice and well maintained. For us driving on the left side of the road is not an option, so we have used this company for our transportation needs. Please note, a driver is not cheap so plan your travel accordingly. Emmalee, who books your transfers and tours, is very competent and communicates promptly. Thank you again. Jerie and John

David and his team were absolutely fantastic. We called around to get a number of quotes for various rides to/from the airport, and he was definitely the most competitive and responsive. Due to this, we ended hiring for at least 15 rides during a 4-day weekend wedding extravaganza with 40 guests, going not only to the airport but also other destinations on the island such as the hike to the Gran Piton and the Rodney Bay Marina. David made himself available late into the night and early in the morning for our convenience, and his drivers were all on-time and very courteous. Overall they did an amazing job taking care of us. He was able to source various sized vehicles as needed since sometimes we only needed a single sedan and other times we needed multiple van shuttles. He was flexible, accommodating, and did everything with a really kind and relaxed attitude. We finally had the chance to meet David in person at the end of our trip and I have to say, What a great human. Even though after our honeymoon we could have taken the free shuttle from Sandals back to the airport, David arrange for a private transfer to make our last day on the island a little long and more pleasant. He has also offered to make us a photo mug from the wedding and because his supplier was out of mugs he’s even planning to mail it to us in the states. So excited to have a lovely souvenir from someone who worked So Hard to make our time in St Lucia as easy and stress-free as possible. Thank you David!! We’re excited to come back to St. Lucia and will definitely let you know when we need another ride.

We had David as our driver. He was excellent- knowledgable about the area and a good safe driver. He took us from UVF airport to Soufriere where we stayed at viceroy sugar beach. He helped us out with transfers into the town for evening meals for around $40 US return. We have booked him to do all our transfers while we’re here. Highly recommend

I had a great experience with Charles and this company. They were always on time for shuttle and transportation. I would 100% recommend them if you're looking for private transfers and airport pick ups.

Albin is just the best and I couldn't ask for a better driver. 758-488-5560 Albin became my new best friend. He was there for me when my cards decided not to work and I used him again to get back to the airport and paid him for both trips in cash since I got my cards working again:) What trust to have in someone you have not met before! He even bought me some chips and fresh local fruit to snack on since I was hungry from my flight. We have used him every time since and he is ALWAYS on time. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the island. We even exchanged jokes! :) When he was not able to pick my friend up he had arranged for another driver to get my friend and take us to the grocery store. This driver was also reliable and excellent. Next time we will take a tour with him! Call Albin if you need a ride! Tell him Michelle Sent you and I am sure he will treat you well! :) Safe travels!

Our driver Albin collected us from the airport and straight away showed a wonderful warmth. Along the way to our hotel he explained the villages and terrain we passed through, he stopped at a beautiful ocean lookout point and described the history of the picturesque village below. He stopped along the way to buy us some cold beers, the local brew which was delicious. He asked the reason for our holiday and I explained to him it was my 60th birthday. Anyway, later at our hotel on the day of my birthday, I had a call from reception saying someone was waiting for me. Albin had sent another driver from the company to deliver me the most amazing birthday basket full of fresh Caribbean fruits, most from St Lucia. It was such a kind gesture. A wonderful man, a great company. Can't recommend it higher!
