Découvrez la Galaxie des Vers Lumineux lors d'une visite de 45 min à travers la Grotte.

The Glow Worms Cave was very interesting and our guide was very entertaining. The waterfalls were lovely but not spectacular. Our driver/ tour guide could have talked more about the area and I felt he was not really clear on what to do or where to go at stops.
Hi Karen - We are so glad you enjoyed the Glow worms & thought the waterfalls were lovely. They arent Niagara falls but are pretty special to our wee community. We are sorry you did not feel the guide chatted enough about the area. We had feedback on this tour that other guests gave it a 5/5, so we are very sorry you felt he didnt exceed your expectations. We are glad you enjoyed seeing the Glow worms & waterfalls however and hope you enjoy the rest of your trip throughout New Zealand.
I’m sure it’s a lovely tour, but beware that, unlike an excursion booked with your cruse line, if the ship make a last minute itinerary change due to weather conditions and doesn’t stop, you won’t be refunded the full amount.
Hi Larry, We are sorry to hear that you were unable to tender into Paihia yesterday and missed your scheduled tour with us. As your cancellation was received within 24 hours of departure, it falls within Viators cancellation policy, under which bookings are non-refundable. The tour proceeded as scheduled and the weather at the time of the booking was absolutely fine, all operational costs were incurred in preparation for your booking. As we were only notified less than 2 hours prior to you tour departing. We recognised that the circumstances were outside of your control due to the captain’s decision, hence why we refunded you a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. This is something we did not need to do, so find it a little unfair you are giving us a 1 star review. We recommended contacting your cruise provider to obtain written confirmation of the missed tender, as this would assist you in making a claim through your travel insurance for the remaining balance. Which we recommend all people travelling overseas get travel insurance. Kind Regards, Jess

Such a wonderful experience! Our guide Willie was fantastic, engaging, entertaining and full of interesting information. The tour was very enjoyable from start to finish and made our time in Bay of Islands, New Zealand even more special. Would absolutely recommend. Jessica was so lovely & helpful!

On time pick-up at the cruise docking with a wonderful and hospitable guide driver ?William to drop-off. Gave a great drive with history of Maori culture and even invited us to come stay with him to get a true immersive experience. The team at the cave site were also great. There was a short stint through the bush as an alternative exit from the cave that added a challenge for "moderate level" adventurers. Then off to the waterfall for a picturesque and relaxing taste of nature's beauty. Wish I more time than the short cruise docking to explore more!
