En 3 heures de marche, vous explorerez la culture, l’histoire de Hanoi et pénétrez dans un monde peuplé de vendeurs de rue. Contrairement aux grandes villes du monde entier, la cuisine de rue à Hanoi ne se résume pas à des charrettes à hot-dogs et à des bretzels. Nous offrons également la possibilité d’essayer 10 plats différents dans des stands de cuisine locale, des restaurants familiaux… Un menu rotatif de jour en jour pour représenter la variété des options délicieuses, mais les dégustations peuvent inclure - mais sont sujettes à modification: soupe de nouilles au riz avec du bœuf, nouilles au riz avec du poulet, nouilles au riz avec du porc grillé, escargot ou nouilles sèches , riz gluant, avec divers types de beignets, pancakes cuits à la vapeur ou sandwichs vietnamiens. Exemple de menu: Pho (nouilles au bœuf / poulet), Bun Cha (porc grillé aux nouilles), Banh Mi (pain vietnamien), Banh Cuon (crêpes au riz cuit à la vapeur), Banh Xeo (crêpes au riz frit), Nom Bo Kho (salade de papaye verte au bœuf séché) ), Thit Xien Nuong (barbecue de porc de rue), Banh Ran Ngot (beignet de riz sucré), Che (dessert vietnamien), Ca Phe Trung (café aux œufs)…

I've been to Hanoi several time for business, but never got the chance to experience the local life, thanks to our guide, Matthew, we had a great tour and actually ate with the locals! The food was great, and he is fabulous ;) definitely recommend this food tour!

We booked the food tour with Jenny. She was an absolute pleasure to tour with. She was knowledgable, friendly, perfect english and had a great time. Excellent places, would recomend her with pleasure to anyone. A must do tour in Hanoi!!!

We booked night food tour in old quarter of Hanoi, our guide was Andy. We got the flavor of real Hanoi, excellent places , amazing dishes. We had our best night out in Hanoi with Andy=> we highly recommend this tour with Andy.

My wife and I did one of the best food tours of Hanoi with our local guide Matthew, who is a genuine foodie. If you do choose this tour definitely ask for Matthew, you won't regret it. We can't speak highly enough about the food we got to sample around the streets of Hanoi. Matthew shared his passion for food over several unrushed hours. We only had 4 people on this tour which was great. Matthew had a great sense of humour and you could see he really loved his job. The choices of food ranged from Pho, to fish, to steamed rice pancakes, beef, dessert and delicious egg coffee. We would definitely do this tour again.

Matthew was the best possible food tour guide! His knowledge of Hanoi’s history, food origins and great places to eat was fantastic.
