Sur notre tour de nourriture secrète: Hanoï, vous goûterez de nombreux plats locaux, des petites crêpes, du porc grillé, des salades de papaye fraîche au bœuf, à un grand bol de soupe de nouilles. Nous laverons tout avec une gorgée de café vietnamien et du jus rafraîchissant que vous n'oublierez jamais. Vous explorerez notre univers culinaire et ferez l'expérience de la vie locale, jusqu'au lac situé au cœur de notre capitale, et voir quelques vieilles maisons où vous élargirez vos horizons. Et n’oubliez pas non plus notre plat secret !

Itinéraire
Présentons-nous et apprenons un peu d'Histoire de Hanoï avant la nourriture. Juste à côté de cette place, on va aller voir un premier restaurant.
Nous entrons dans une rue mignonne remplie de lieux agréables et allons chercher notre deuxième et troisième plat dans un endroit préféré des habitants.
Le temps de quelques photos sympas, ici nous allons nous promener et voir ce que la majorité des touristes aiment habituellement à Hanoï.
Nous découvrirons le lien entre la gastronomie et la culture locale, en savourant certains des plats locaux les plus célèbres et en nous préparant pour de plus en plus, au plus près du vieux quartier.
Nous aurons un avant-goût de ce qui a vraiment poussé les gens à se rassembler dans cette région et à créer une ville vieille de 4000 ans, avant de goûter à d'autres spécialités locales et de découvrir quel est notre plat secret à Hanoï.
Juste après notre bon dessert et un peu plus de nourriture, nous parlerons d'une promenade et nous terminerons ce voyage savoureux en plein milieu du fascinant vieux quartier de Hanoï.

Jenny was great and accommodating to our needs. We originally booked a tour for 3 of us but unfortunately two in our party were not feeling well and returned to the hotel after the first stop. Jenny understood and group turned into a private tour for two. We visited over 8 different locations and tried some incredible local dishes. I will say the details and history behind every dish was a plus. We also walked through the neighborhoods where Jenny shared the history of her neighborhood and where she was raised as we continued our journey. While all the dishes were great, I will say the egg coffee was beyond a what I expected and incredibly delicious. The dessert surprise stop was over the top. Jenny provided me with two take away desserts for the rest of my party to enjoy once I returned to my hotel. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience. 😋

Amazing food tour! Jenny was great, and very knowledgeable. I don’t like shellfish, and she made sure to arrange different options for me whenever necessary, which was much appreciated! We learned a lot, and ate lots of different dishes that were all delicious and of excellent quality. We cannot recommend this tour enough!
