Cet atelier est animé par de véritables experts du café : • Un formateur Certifié qui a coaché des baristas en chef dans des hôtels et restaurants 5 étoiles. • Le fondateur de Sử Quán Roastery, dédié à la préservation des histoires inédites du café vietnamien. • Un passionné de café qui aime partager la beauté et la diversité des infusions du Vietnam. Hébergée dans une villa de style Indochine nichée dans une ruelle cachée tranquille, cette expérience mêle culture, artisanat et connexion. Ce que vous allez vivre : • Découvrez des histoires moins connues derrière le patrimoine caféier du Vietnam. • Profitez d'une séance pratique et apprenez à préparer 6 cafés vietnamiens emblématiques. Une partie douce de cet atelier soutient également l’éducation des enfants dans notre caféière Da Lat, où les familles prennent soin de leur terre depuis des générations. NOTE : Nous allons déguster beaucoup de café, il est donc préférable de prendre un repas léger avant!

Super fun experience! Learned lots, drank good drinks, and fun way to meet other tourists. Our guide, Pa, was such a joy!
Piey was amazing and I got to have a private session being the only one in the session. We chatted, she showed me many drinks, and we got to have a great time together. I'm really glad I signed up and highly recommend this workshop to anyone interested in coffee or Vietnam's culture. I can't wait to make my own coffee at home for my family and friends!
My husband and I came for coffee tasting. Mark was really fun and had good knowledge of coffee. A different experience to what we have done before, really enjoyed it. Would recommend!
Terrific insight to Vietnamese coffee culture and different types of drinks. Very worthwhile, Pa was a very helpful instructor and all the drinks were delicious. It’s a lot of caffeine though so you can skip your morning coffee before you come.

Mark and Colin did a great job teaching and entertaining us with coffee. Was excited to learn how to make coconut coffee and egg coffee and was not disappointed! The rest is a bonus. Highly recommended, particularly if you like coffee or want to learn great recipes like I did. They even sent through the link with recipes from the event, making it even easier for taking home.
