First experience in a cooking class, absolutely positive. Francesca and Francesco are excellent at explaining the procedure for making gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese. The welcome and kindness of both were fantastic as well.

An unusual novelty: cooking gnocchi with a nice and skilled couple who clearly explains all the steps to prepare the dish. Castelmagno is amazing!!!

Francesco and Francesca, as well as husband and wife, were excellent hosts who passed on their passion for cooking. In this experience we learned how to prepare their delicious homemade dumplings from scratch. Since it was our first experience we recommend the course to all those who like to spend a morning in the company of extremely kind and sociable people, also reconciling the passion for home recipes. It was one of unforgettable experiences in Turin, complete with friendly hosts (with their cute dog), easy but delicate gnocchi class and a variety of supporting food in a cozy Turin apartment. Three hours passed so fast! If you look for an authentic Italian adventure, this is the answer, I guarantee. Grazie to Francesco and Francesca and Dino!

I recommend this beautiful experience! Francesca and Francesco welcomed us into their beautiful home with a coffee and welcome cookies. We were followed step by step during the making of the dumplings in a serene and joyful atmosphere. At the end of the cooking class, Francesca and Francesco shared with us an aperitif just before inviting us to their table to consume our super dumplings!
Great experience! In a relaxed, family atmosphere, we were hosted by Francesco and Francesca: a friendly, hospitable, and entertaining couple. For the first time in my life, I tried making gnocchi: it was funny and, incredibly, thanks to their advice, they were delicious!! An experience I highly recommend!
