Commencez par une promenade dans les jardins traditionnels en terrasses, en vous familiarisant avec les ingrédients frais locaux avant de faire de la mozzarella fraîche et de la sauce tomate authentique à partir de zéro. Ensuite, maîtrisez l'art de la pizza en préparant la pâte et en perfectionnant les techniques d'étirage à la main. This was a highlight of our trip. Things to know . It’s about a 20 minute walk up hill on the main Amalfi road it’s extremely busy and a lot of cars, there is no sidewalk. You can take a bus which you can find a bus attendant with a vest that says SITA STUD they only take euros no card payments. You can download the app. And buy tickets there just know the bus schedule is not accurate and is filled with people going towards Positano you then tell the bus driver to stop at B.A.R Gas. Or you can go with the guys next to the taxis which are golf carts and we payed 10 euro pp which was ridiculous for 7 min ride up hill , the taxi will try and charge a flat fee of 50 euro plus , just know you do have to pay that on the way back also. We took the golf cart to and from . You walk across the street and walk up flights of stairs , after you are high up I. The garden with beautiful views and greeted with a drink ! We toured the garden and got to pick some of our ingredients. The whole staff was fun and engaging, we will definitely try to make pizza when we get back home. Overall we had such a great time!

An absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish! We’d read so many fantastic reviews beforehand, but even with such high expectations, it still managed to exceed them. Maria was such a great group leader, she was so warm and welcoming as well as funny. Chef Matteo and sous chef Samu were also fantastic and such a good laugh. Everything was simply wonderful, and it has undoubtedly been one of the absolute highlights of our holiday. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough — a truly unforgettable experience!
Great atmosphere, great staff, tons of fun. Learned how to make pizza at home and had a lot of fun with the other people attending. Very much worth it and would recommend it anyone. Vincenzo and Maria were a blast to spend the time with.

The class was so much fun. The staff were all knowledgeable and entertaining. Our whole family enjoyed the experience and we will be making pizza at home now.
Felt like home. Felt like family. The hosts were very good at communication. They picked us up and brought us to the location. Beautiful location! They kept it fun. Lots of laughter. We learned so much about pizza. If you could only do one class in Amalfi, do this one!! We hope to see them when we visit again!
