Nos invités deviennent des participants actifs, aidant à construire un imu – le four souterrain traditionnel d'Hawaï – et préparant des plats traditionnels dans le cadre d'un voyage pratique à travers le patrimoine culturel d'Hawaï. C’est le tourisme régénératif en action : nous partageons les valeurs hawaïennes d’intendance et de respect de la terre, vous invitant à nouer une relation réciproque avec la nature. Imu Mea 'Ai est détenu et exploité par Men of PA'A, une organisation à but non lucratif qui donne aux hommes autochtones d'Hawaï les moyens d'agir grâce à un travail communautaire significatif. Votre participation soutient le développement local et la préservation culturelle, offrant une expérience unique et authentique dirigée par des Hawaiiens autochtones qui s'engagent à maintenir leurs traditions vivantes pour les générations futures.

The food was awesome the process of building the Imu and taking the food out of the Imu was amazing the guides were so knowledgeable and kind Aloha Lives and was shared by sll

Amazing experience digging and learning Hawaiian (a few words anyway). Much better than big resort luau. Small group, and lots of laughs
Mal was a fabulous guide. We are a group of 7 ranging from 4 years old to 79 years old. Mal let us have a safe and enjoyable time. We saw the Kealakekua bay. We saw the manta rays in their cleaning stations., dolphins, butterfly fishes. Everyone had just an amazing time.
This is a must do experience. Skip the touristy luau and do this experience instead!
