Avec seulement dix invités par session (séances privées disponibles, maximum 12 invités), cette offre intime crée un espace profondément tranquille pour le repos, la réinitialisation et le rajeunissement. Vous avez également la possibilité d'améliorer votre expérience : – Ajoutez un cours de yoga doux avant votre séance de hamac – Profitez d’une lecture de carte oracle après votre relaxation – Ou combinez les deux pour un voyage entièrement nourrissant de mouvement, de calme et de perspicacité Veuillez arriver au moins 15 minutes AVANT l'heure de début. Les portes se fermeront rapidement au départ prévu, et l'entrée tardive ne sera PAS permise pour maintenir l'intégrité de l'expérience. Juste une mise au point : nos hamacs ont une limite de poids de 100kg. Si vous en avez fini avec ça, pas de soucis, nous vous aménagerons un endroit confortable sur le sol pour que vous puissiez toujours profiter de l’expérience! »

This was an uplifting, relaxing and releasing it experience. I found it so refreshing. The sounds were incredible.
Had an amazing experience at Island Yoga & Sound. I left feeling completely relaxed and stayed that way for days afterwards. As a first-timer and well outside my comfort zone, Nicholas made the whole experience easy, welcoming and completely unpretentious. Highly recommend this experience. It’s such a beautiful sanctuary you step into. The hour goes by very quick. Even if you are not a ‘yogi’ type person you would also enjoy this like my husband did the first time we did it. Hammocks are extremely clean as is the whole studio. I loved it & will return each holiday.

OMG we did the hammock sound healing it was amazing CANT recommend it highly enough. There WASNT one bit of pressure on the body as all supported in the hammock. We did 5pm when it was a bit cooler and then walked along the beach for sunset. Book directly with the business they are great on whats app and very flexible.

A calming and spiritual experience from start to finish. Warmly welcomed upon arrival to a lovely waiting area, to meet Nicholas our host. The Shala was beautiful and Nicholas explained the sound healing process and also there was an oracle card at our mat to guide us with our journey. I have done sound healing before, but never in a hammock, and the feeling of weightlessness while also feeling supported was incredible. I left feeling physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually peaceful and rejuvenated. Overall a wonderful experience I would highly recommend.
