Great experience with a very nice lady that was with me From the beginning till the end: very good massage, sauna, hamam with scrubbing and massage with foam !
We had a very disappointing experience at Victory Spa. Since we were visiting for the day on a cruise, we booked a package for four people and specifically requested that we all go to the hammam together after our massages. Unfortunately, two members of our group were left waiting for nearly 50 minutes (one friend was put in sauna for 40 mins), which significantly disrupted our limited time ashore. To make matters worse, although we paid extra for a 50-minute massage, each massage lasted only about 25–30 minutes. The hammam experience was also cut short to approximately 10–15 minutes, despite the package advertising a 30-minute session. We paid $90 per person and did not receive the services that were promised. The facility itself was run-down, and the level of hygiene was far below expectations. There was also no privacy, as men and women were placed together in the same areas for both the massages and the hammam, which was unexpected and uncomfortable. When we raised these concerns with the manager, he simply told us there was nothing he could do, advised us to contact Viator directly regarding any refund, and said we were free to leave whatever review we wanted. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with both the quality of the services and the way our concerns were handled. We would not recommend Victory Spa based on our experience.

We would like to clarify a few points: We have 3 massage rooms, which allows us to serve up to 3 people simultaneously. For your group, we suggested a 2+2 schedule because we wanted to avoid having one person wait. We recall that you accepted this arrangement. Your Turkish hammam session was held in a private hammam reserved exclusively for your group. However, the sauna, steam room, and pool are shared facilities, and this information is clearly stated in the package details on our online booking platforms (including Viator). That said, the shorter massage durations, the early end to the hammam session, and the overall experience not meeting your expectations are unacceptable to us. We are reviewing these issues and implementing necessary improvements. Good service, but it felt a bit rushed. The ladies made sure to massage all the stress away and they were very friendly but it felt rushed, like we had to be out directly.

Was very nice definitely worth the price. Steam and sauna then a Turkish bath and foam bath even squeezed in a massage. Was definitely worth it after the bath we had a swim in the warm swimming pool.

Easy to find, and good comms - confirmed in advance we could bring suitcases etc. We wanted to leave bags early and then return for booking but they were able to accommodate us earlier which was helpful as took longer than expected (about 3hrs total for hammam and 1hr massage). Treatment experience was great, therapists great.
