Description
La principale structure française de la ville sera vue lors de cette visite et le guide enseignera également l'histoire et la langue cambodgienne. Nous explorerons la campagne en passant devant des plantations fruitières et des rizières, et expliquerons comment ils poussent, en nous arrêtant en chemin pour discuter avec les enfants et les agriculteurs de la façon de cultiver des légumes. En montant à bord d'un train de bambou original, les visiteurs peuvent regarder et déguster un barbecue de rats sur le chemin de Phnom Sampou. Expérience de gravir une colline pour voir la grotte de la mort, des points de vue et quelques temples au sommet. En dehors de cela, vous apprécierez les millions de chauves-souris qui s'envolent de la grotte le soir.

Départ de la visite en Tuk Tuk l'après-midi à 12h00. Commencez par une prise en charge à 11h50 depuis votre hébergement ou votre restaurant. Après cela, faites connaissance avec votre guide et partagez avec vous l'histoire, la culture, la religion, l'agriculture, les contes populaires et quelques conseils importants sur le Cambodge et Battambang. Ensuite, continuez à voir quelques beaux bâtiments historiques, le marché central, la salle provinciale et le statut symbole de Battambang (Ta Dambong Kra nhoung).
Voir de beaux villages, des fruits plantations, rizières, pont suspendu, population locale vivant et arrêt pour discuter avec les agriculteurs. Ensuite, achetez votre billet et montez à bord du train en bambou. Obtenez un massage gratuit des fesses grâce au mouvement. Admirez le paysage tout au long du chemin. Après cela, déjeuner tardif dans un restaurant local du village.
Avant d'arriver, voyez et dégustez le K F R (Rat barbecue), une collation locale populaire. À Phnom Sampou, montez en moto ou en camionnette jusqu'à la montagne, visitez Killing Cave et découvrez l'époque des Khmers rouges (1975-1979) où plus de 10 000 victimes ont été tuées. Ensuite, découvrez quelques temples, singes, canons, coucher de soleil et points de vue sur le sommet de la montagne et point culminant de Battambang.
Après avoir vu de nombreux points de vue, descendez attendre et voyez des millions de chauves-souris s'envoler de la grotte, prenant plus de 50 minutes le soir. Terminez votre voyage en retournant à votre hébergement ou au Pomme Bar en ville.

We had a great day out with our tour guide Samol who took us around Battambang and provided really informative stories behind the significance of each stop of the Cambodian people. He was incredibly humorous and accommodating, with Samol and Wendy (the Tuk-Tuk) making a dream team!
The best day ever, such a fun, well organised tour! Samol was amazing and so knowledgeable! I would really recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see the bamboo train, killing cave and bat cave! Samol also organised the best lunch for us and provided us with water all day! 10/10
I had an amazing day! In the morning I was alone and in the afternoon two other solo travelers joined us. Our guide David was amazing, he knows a lot and he is very good at telling stories. Above all, he is a very friendly and kind man ! Also, he made sure we had plenty of cold water during the whole day. Everything was very interesting, fun and well organized. I definitely recommend this day trip! :)
Mr Sam was absolutely fabulous. We booked on the day in May and he was available. He went exceeded all our expectations and went above and beyond to make the tour so incredible. Not only did he tell us about each place we stopped at, he also told us personal anecdotes from his childhood too. He was so friendly and engaging and could not recommend this tour enough. Possibly our favourite of the whole trip :)
Such a brilliant day and tour. Our tour guide mr David was fantastic - so kind and knowledgeable. One of the best days I have had in my 4 weeks in Cambodia. Mr David shared some fascinating personal family stories and told us so much about the history of battambamg. The tour was very prompt picking me up from and takimg me back to my bus stations. Mr David offered us cold water throughout and gave us exotics fruits to try. We fit so much in to the day - government building, bridges, markets, temples, killing caves and bat caves as well as a delicious local meal. 100% recommend the nest battembang tour and guide ever!!
Samol was the best guide! He took us everywhere with a great smile and energy - the group was a great vibe and we learnt so much about the history of Cambodia, its people and its culture! Samol kept us hydrated, happy and informed throughout the tour, and he took us to the best section of the bamboo train (no overpriced section, no tourist trap section) and it was just so much fun! The Bat Cave was pure magic too - hard to describe with words what you feel there! All of the stops in between were incredibly fascinating, some in more upbeat ways (like the viewpoints) and some in more somber, but not less important ways (like the Killing Caves). 100% recommended!
The experience has been incredible. With Samol, we have learned much more than we expected about the customs, history, and people of Cambodia. If what you want is to truly know the country you are visiting while seeing historical monuments, spectacular sites, and fun activities, this is the best place for you. It is truly worth it, and the price is more than fair for the hours that Samol spends with you. The nice thing about the tour is that you can meet other people who are also traveling in Cambodia and share experiences in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A bonus for Samol's dad jokes😂. 100% recommendable!!
