The main reason for our trip was Sedlec Ossuary. That part was 5 out of 5. However we had 2 problems with the trip. We got rushed around everywhere. I understand the nature of the trip requires some rushing, but the trip was not relaxing at all. Second, our booking was for an english tour. In reality there were 3 languages on our small bus and the guides took turns talking. Calling it an "english tour" is not exactly true. This was especially frustrating when time was limited and we had to stand around waiting for the other language translations
Dear Client, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear of your disappointment, we surely investigate the situation. We hope you still enjoyed your visit to the Czech Republic. Best wishes, Team Premiant City Tour
Our tour guide Jan was great! And master of so many languages!! The churches were great, nice to get out of Prague for a day.

Tatiana was really knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions we had. And she was funny! I really appreciated not having to go through the hassle of getting myself to the ossuary etc and learning more about the Czech republic on the way.

My partner was really excited to go to the bone church as it has been on his bucket list forever. The tour guide rushed through the first two churches which included the bone church. Online it says you get 30 mins at the bone church —we maybe got 15 mins in the and was rushed around the church. The tour guide never waited for people in the group the gather around she just Briskly walked around stopping saying information and quickly walking to the next. She seemed to stop more for people to buy things outside of the tour rather than let people explore a bit inside the churches. My partner was very disappointed and we don’t think it’s worth it to get a guided tour. If you can access a car or go on your own we would’ve preferred doing that. The last church we had more time to be able to do things on our own. But again she rushed through the church and walked out of the church not even checking in with folks if they wanted to stick around and look. We stayed behind and let the group go without us and were able to explore upstairs and another area which she didn’t even go with the group too. We were happy to not join her. Not sure if I would recommend this to people because of it.

Our guide, Sofia, is terrific. The sites are very nice - but not off the charts great. The drive is a bit lengthy with traffic
Dear Marc, thank you for your review. We hope you enjoyed it and had a good time despite your comments. Best wishes, Team Premiant City Tour
Kutna Hora is a gorgeous, hilly town with cobblestone streets. I went for the "bone chapel," a bizarre and surreal chapel filled with artistically arranged skulls and bones, but St. Barbara's Church was so much more impressive! I seek out historic churches, and including the chapel, we saw three, each with their own character and charm. Best of all was our tour guide Jakub, a fountain of enthusiasm and information. He was able to speak with authority on all matters of interest, artistic, architectural, historical, political, and religious in such a way that we could grasp the complexities of an ancient culture still emerging from the crushing Soviet years. Would do this again in a heartbeat. And yes, the bones were cool.
Dear Patrick, thank you very much for your kind feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the tour and had a pleasant experience. Best wishes, Team Premiant City Tour
Good tour. You see not only the “ bone chapel” but some areas and church around town. There is a bit of walking

The trip started out alright. Since we were crossing from one country to another, I asked if we would be switching trains, and was told no at the Glowny train station. But once on board an hour, we were told that a recent accident rendered the trip past Bohumin impossible because of track damage. We would therefore be transferring to buses for the remainder of the trip and there would be people to help. ( it was the snack attendant who told me that in fact we would be transferring to another train once we arrived in Ostrava). When we got to Behumin, no assistance was given. We had to get our luggage off the train, there were no directions to where the buses would be, and once found, we had to load our luggage on the bus without help, while the driver chatted with a colleague. The bus ride was only 15 minutes, but there were no staff available to direct us to our new train. We saw that the next train to Prague was leaving in 15 minutes, so we went down to the right platform. When the train arrived, we went to the first class carriage, showed our ticket, and was refused access. We were told that this was not our train, and given zero information about our correct train. In the meantime, most of the people who were with us on the bus, who had second class tickets boarded the train and left, leaving us stranded on the platform, wondering what we were supposed to do. Finally we returned to the main part of the station, and asked what to do at the ticket window. We were given a new reservation for the next train, leaving in another 45 minutes, without any explanation as to if we were supposed to see them first in order to get on the first train, or if this was in fact the replacement train. It was all very stressful and aggravating. It is not like we were the cause of the track failure. You would think there would have been an agent at Ostrava to welcome us there, and to instruct us what to do. We felt abandoned by Deutche Bahn, as if we did not exist. Poor show DB. We gave this trip a single star, for the excellent ride and service once aboard the train taking us to Prague.
Dear Client, this review does not belong to our company. We have our own buses for the trip. Best wishes, Team Premiant City Tour
