We had a great time. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job keeping everyone organized. The boat ride through the caves was truly breathtaking.
Top organization, all punctual, friendly guide and the visit to the cellars was nice too. I recommend the tour
After short journey to the caves we entered and had a very good boat tour through the caves, the guide on the boat did not speak English unfortunately but the the tour guide did and was excellent a good half day tour
Some seats on the bus were reclined and could not be adjusted. We could only take photos in one small section of the cave.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry about the inconvenience with the bus seats, we will review this with our supplier. Photo restrictions inside the caves are set for conservation and safety. We appreciate your comment and hope to welcome you again soon with Hola Trip.
The tour was fine but especially do not book with Viator as their commission is huge. We paid 65€ per person while the entrance to the caves is only 15€ (even at 10€ for us pensioners). If you add the shipping costs (approx. 10€), this means that Viator puts 40€/person in its pocket. Inadmissible is theft. We lost at least 80€ on this excursion.
Really nice. Not too short, not too long. The place is stunning and worth the visit. Not super recommended if you don't like dark tight spaces (but is not that bad) explanations could be a bit better I think.
The transport was well organised and the organiser who took us on the coach (spoke great English) and hung around the caves area was helpful and friendly. The caves themselves are beautiful, however not having an English speaking guide on the boat is a major disadvantage. We missed a lot of background information and the trip was less engaging as we had no context/history of what we were looking at and after a while you’ve seen enough and it turned into a small boat ride. If you are going I would insist on getting an English guide. The price is steep if you don’t get the maximum experience including the information and background and history of the place.
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the organisation and found our team helpful. As indicated in the product description, our bilingual Hola Trip guide accompanies you throughout the excursion, but inside the cave, explanations are given by the boat driver, sometimes only in Spanish. After the visit, our guide is happy to answer any questions in English.
A great tour, totally worth it if you are in Valencia! An opportunity you should not miss, was a pass! The guide was very friendly and knew how to explain very well, very good organization and punctuality. I recommend it 100%.
