We had an amazing experience on the Halong Bay 1-day tour! Everything was well organized from start to finish, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The limestone islands, emerald water, and peaceful atmosphere made the trip unforgettable. Our guide, Tom, was fantastic very knowledgeable, friendly, and full of interesting stories about Halong Bay. He explained everything clearly and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included throughout the day. The staff were also wonderful: professional, kind, and always ready to help with a smile.

We had an amazing experience on this excursion. A huge lunch with about 10 different dishes. Kayaking ( or bamboo boat ) followed by cave exploration. The communication from start to finish was first class. Could not have asked for more.

Make sure that they no if there trip will be back in time for there cruise ship depending not like me and 20 other people who had to cancel because they not garented that their trip would be back in time and never received any rebate

Before the tour, you and I clearly confirmed together that the tour would finish at 18:00, and you agreed to this schedule. When meeting the guide today, we again reconfirmed that the tour would end between 17:45 and 18:00, exactly as previously agreed. Despite this, you requested that we finish at 17:30, which was simply impossible given the itinerary, logistics, and travel times. All services had already been arranged strictly according to the confirmed schedule. You then decided to cancel the tour at the last minute. In such cases, no refund can be provided, which is clearly stated in the cancellation policy that you acknowledged when booking the tour. It is therefore surprising and disappointing to receive a 1-star review for a situation where we fully delivered on everything we promised, while your last-minute request could not be met. I sincerely hope that you carefully review all details for your future tours to avoid affecting tour operators who work hard to provide a smooth and reliable experience. Today, me and my fiancé did a half day trip to Ha Long Bay. We both found this trip very good value for money as you got to see and do so much within the hours that you are there. It starts off with swimming/visiting the beach or a hike to a beautiful view point ( I would recommend if you choose to do the hike to head straight there as it will be less crowded, before other tours start arriving) it will be a little busy on the hike but definitely worth the climb. We then went onto the second island, which is where you will have different boating options here, we did the speed boat choice, and that is not to be skipped on! Couldn't of thought of anything better than speeding over the bay water whilst doing a few quick stop points to learn about some history of Vietnam and Ha Long Bay. We have now arrived at the final spot which was the cave walk, you will walk up, down and through 3 caves and along the way learn about the history of how it came to be as well as interesting facts about all 3 of them, you will definitely leave with more knowledge than when you entered. Overall this trip is 100% recommend you want a nice half day trip and still able to see all the sights, but the trip wouldn't have been made without our lovely tour guide Toan, our coach driver Mr. Cong and the staff on board the cruise boat.
