En tant que principal musée d'Éthiopie, il offre une introduction parfaite à l'histoire et à la culture de l'Éthiopie. Le musée comprend des entités ethnologiques de tout le pays, des peintures contemporaines étonnantes et le célèbre squelette d'hominidé le plus ancien, Lucy - dans la partie archéologique du musée. Remarque : ce musée est fermé le lundi, mais cela n'affectera pas l'expérience globale car nous pouvons improviser et vous montrer un autre musée comme le musée ethnologique, le musée d'Addis-Abeba, en fonction de votre choix.
Point culminant près d'Addis-Abeba, le mont Entoto offre une vue presque panoramique sur la ville animée d'Addis-Abeba. Nous marcherons à travers la forêt, principalement des eucalyptus mélangés avec des genévriers et d'autres arbres indigènes.
Mercato, le plus grand marché à ciel ouvert d’Afrique, propose une panoplie d’activités impliquant les populations locales à travers l’Éthiopie. C'est un témoignage vivant de l'harmonie et du style de vie collaboratif de l'Éthiopie. Des petites entreprises aux gratte-ciel, en passant par la nourriture, les vêtements et presque tout ce dont les gens ont besoin est là. Nous emmènerons nos clients dans la partie la plus authentique du marché, épicée, café, aliments, zone de recyclage. C'est un endroit amusant pour les visiteurs.
L'Éthiopien a traversé 17 ans de socialisme et la seule chose qui rappelle le régime, c'est le monument Ethio-Cuba élégamment érigé. Nous allons traverser le petit parc et voir le mémorial.
L’Éthiopie est réputée pour son café biologique et nos invités le dégusteront dans l’ancien café.

Gashew was brilliant. He was super welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and charismatic. We had a great tour around Addis, learned lots about the city and the country’s heritage, and had a great day out. We would highly recommend this tour! (We did a full day tour wasn’t an option to choose in the reviews)
Had a good experience Gashaw was very knowledgeable, showed around the city, gave good explanation of the history behind. Within a few hours I was able to get a good glimpse of the city. I would strongly recommend them.
Our family of 5 had a stopover home from Zanzibar. We were picked up at the airport and drove around Addis Ababa for several hours. We were at an authentic Ethiopian restaurant, fix the world's best coffee, Mercato was really an experience, we even greeted Lucy the first man. Between places we got a fantastic review of Ethiopian culture, history etc. Thank you for a great experience. Affordable indeed. Awesome guide in Addis Ababa, book if you are there for longer or just for a stopover.

I had an excellent time with Aspire — I appreciated their flexibility after a delayed flight and jet lag; I really learned a lot from the museum visit. I found the trip to Entoto park a lot of fun! As a solo woman, I was always made to feel safe. I liked the food options too!

Five star tour.Started with our guide Addis, who picked us up on time. Genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable.Whilst we could have done this tour alone, having a guide brought life to the sights. Was not the scripted patter I have often seen elsewhere. We were not rushed. Addis seemed genuinely keen to show us some of the stuff in his city The national museum was a lot better than I was expecting from the photos on the net. It wasn't overdone, yet picked the items which covered a lot of history salient to the region. Mt Entoto gave us a great view of the city and a rough idea of how big it is. Experience added to with a cup of coffee and a coffee ceremony. I did not realise how big the mercado was, but interesting view of society in Addis.People watching, the colours and variety available was worth seeing. The tour finished with a short stop at the original Tomoco and a cafe au lait which was head and shoulders better than anything I have ever had at home. Would be happy to recommend this tour and this guide.
