Driver messaged before take off and also after we landed with clear instructions. He was very polite and respectful. He waited for over an hour as we had baggage issues. Clean and safe car and good driver. So grateful for his patience throughout the evening.

We were picked at Kuala Lumpur airport by James. He was excellent, we were totally lost within the airport, but he tracked us down and took us to our Hotel in KLCC. He was friendly and polite and an excellent driver. We really appreciated his efforts (and phone calls) to track us down. A big thank you to James.

our driver (james) was very polite and professional. The car was clean and the ride webt very smoothly. BUT the agency did not send us any pickup information beforehand, only via whatsapp after landing. I'd have expected to have someone waiting for me with a "name-shield". Instead we were told (after landing) to navigate to one of the exits. So without internet this pickup would never have worked out. If I need internet to use this service I might as well go on and book a Grab myself upon landing, which might also be cheaper.

First time in Kuala Lumpur so we booked our pick up from the airport to our hotel to ensure no hassles on arrival. After a couple of phone calls, our pick up arrived and he was really nice and had given us a lot of insights and information about the city..

Driver there where expected (had our name) and right on time. Easy transfer to our hotel. I would highly recommend!

The staffs are excellent. The driver's talk was enjoyable,fun with all the long mins drive from the airport. I should've known Tripadvisor much earlier!
