With your flight scheduled for 2:00 PM, we had your original pickup scheduled for 10:00 AM. Following the accident, we promptly dispatched another vehicle to pick you up at 10:25 AM. Given the 25-minute drive from your hotel to the airport, your arrival at 11:00 AM provided a comfortable 3-hour buffer before your flight.
