Our driver arrived early, loaded our luggage quickly, and maintained a friendly, calm air during his drive in heavy traffic. Incredible driver who, when arriving at CDG, got us a baggage cart and stopped traffic to allow us to cross street.
Smooth and professional service door to door. Our driver was friendly and helpful especially since I was using a cane.

We met up with our driver on time, got in his car, went 2 minutes and then he got a message saying we canceled our ride. We did not cancel. We needed to get to the airport. Then we got a text from the company saying “our driver couldn’t locate us and left” which was mind boggling because we were inside his car. He made us get out and helped us find a cab to the airport. This was the second miscommunication we had on our trip that was by fault of Viator. They also mixed up our cooking class which was very frustrating. I probably won’t be using Viator again. It was insane how they completely fumbled two different things. Definitely booking future experiences through somebody else!

On time and easy trip to airport. As promised and reliable. Clean car, friendly driver and no issues at all.
This was the final booking of four with Viator. Every transfer went without a hitch. The drivers were early or on time in each case and very professional.
Our driver was friendly and arrived on time. He was a cautious driver and pleasant to talk with. Recommended.
Extremely disappointing experience. We booked an airport transfer van in advance, but the driver never arrived. After trying to contact the company through their website, phone, and voicemail, we finally received a callback informing us that the provider had canceled our pickup without any notice. Traveling with two seniors and young children, this caused significant stress and disruption. We were unable to secure another taxi or Uber and had to scramble to reach a train station to get to the airport. We nearly missed our flight. I would not recommend this service.

Both arriving at the train station and going to the airport from our hotel, they called or messaged to say they were running late because of traffic. Both times it was over 45 minutes and we ended up in skiing a taxis which, we’re actually cheaper.
