Great communication from time of booking. Questions answered promptly. On day of transfer the driver was early. He was friendly. The car was very clean , spacious and the trip was very smooth. We were dropped exactly where we needed to drop our cases and departures for the ship. We highly recommend.
Our driver arrived on time and was very pleasant. We would definitely use this company again. Shanghai was a nice city to visit.
Our hotel was in a central location. We were able to take walks to the river and to the Bund as well to many of the local parks. Breakfast was a treat in the rotating restaurant were they served not only delicious food but great coffee. Will definately stay again.
