Went out of his way to stay in touch with us! Our plane was late & he stayed parked & then came to luggage claim & helped with our bags!
Excellent friendly service with a lovely vehicle. Our driver Rafael was very helpful and told us about the district.
Driver was very friendly and helpful. Car was clean and nice. Experience was wonderful and took a lot of stress out of our day of travel.
The driver started out communicative, but as my pick up time drew closer he went silent. At my pick up time, I checked the map and he was still at least 20 minutes away. When I called the dispatch no one answered them called me back with a vague "did you just call". This is all unprofessional and be filing for a full refund. I recommend taking Lyft or Uber black car (who picked us up within 5 minutes).
Tito was at the airport when we landed and greeted us at the luggage area and helped us load all nine of us into the sprinter van. He’s a very accommodating gentleman and would definitely recommend using.
We had changes to our arrival and didn’t exist the airport until after 12am. Our driver Jose was already outside waiting and even had water. He was nice and kind.
