They announce cenote and in the end it did not include the tour, they warn us that we can buy in what they leave and left me and my 6-year-old son... terrible service
Very informational and our guide did an excellent job keeping us on track but getting to all the sites. Vehicle was comfortable and clean and the lunch spot we stopped at was delicious! The cenote was beautiful and not crowded.

Excellent tour of Uxmal with our tour guide Miguel. Great historical points and the tour was never rushed. Kabah was excellent with nice Puuc-style carvings. Lunch at a restaurant nearby was really good. Ended the tour swimming at the cenote. Highly recommend this tour, and especially Miguel. Note: we met at 7:40 AM and did not return until around 5 PM.

Our guide was excellent. His English was very good and more importantly his voice carried well and he enunciated clearly plus he was very knowledgeable.
That sounds like a top-notch guide! Clear enunciation and a strong voice make a huge difference, especially at historic sites where you need to hear every detail over the ambient noise. Coupled with deep knowledge, it turns a standard tour into a really engaging and memorable experience.
We only had one free day in Mérida and this was exactly what we were hoping it would be. The history, architecture, stories and sights were so wonderful and we were lucky to have Miguel (Mike) as a guide. There is some hiking/climbing of the structures involved, but we aren’t exactly outdoorsy/super active people and felt totally comfortable. The views are amazing. Part way through the day we stopped for a local lunch which was excellent. Bring water, prepare to sweat a little but prepare for some views of a lifetime.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! 😊 We’re thrilled that your day in Mérida exceeded expectations and that Miguel (Mike) made it even more special with his knowledge and guidance. It’s great to hear you felt comfortable despite the hiking/climbing and enjoyed the amazing views and delicious local lunch. We appreciate your tips for future travelers—water and a little sweat are definitely worth those unforgettable views!
A knowledgeable tour guide, a lovely meal, and ruins that compare favorably to their more famous cousin Chichen Itza!!
Thank you for sharing! 🌞 It sounds like you had a fantastic day — a knowledgeable guide, a delicious meal, and the ruins themselves leaving a strong impression, even compared to the more famous Chichen Itza. Those kinds of experiences really make history come alive!
Ricardo was a great tour guide! Not only was he engaging and friendly, but he truly seemed passionate about Mayan culture. As for the sites, both Kabah and Uxmal were well preserved, but Uxmal was absolutely incredible. It's an entire city. This is a site everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime.
We’re delighted to hear you had such a great experience with Ricardo — his passion for Mayan culture really shines through, and he’ll be thrilled to know his enthusiasm made an impact. Kabah and Uxmal are indeed extraordinary sites, and we couldn’t agree more — Uxmal’s ancient city is truly something everyone should experience at least once! We’re so glad you enjoyed the tour and hope to welcome you on another journey through history soon.
