Very good guide Anthony and the falls are wonderful. However this trip was two hours too long for us with stops on the route home that just prolonged the day unnecessarily. We would have preferred to come straight back to Toronto.
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re pleased to hear that Anthony was a very good guide and that you enjoyed the beauty of Niagara Falls. We also appreciate your comments regarding the overall tour length and the additional stops on the return journey. We understand that after a full day of sightseeing, some guests may prefer a more direct return to Toronto, and we’ll keep this feedback in mind as we continue reviewing our tour experience. Thank you for choosing Zoom Tours, and we hope to welcome you again in the future! Hussain Manager, Zoom Tours

Great all day experience. Get the lunch. Was traveling with 3 teenagers and they had a blast. The town and extra stops are good too.
Thank you for the great review! We’re so glad you and your teenagers had such a fun full-day experience and enjoyed the lunch, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the additional sightseeing stops. It’s wonderful to hear the whole family had a blast. Thank you for choosing Zoom Tours, and we hope to welcome you again in the future! Hussain Manager, Zoom Tours
The experience was terrible; we booked a tour that included a visit to the falls, lunch "with a view of the falls," additional visits including Living Water Wayside Chapel, and a strategic stop at the power plant. The tour started late, and from there we delayed looking for the rest of the tour passengers. The first thing they told us was that the tour would take 10 to 12 hours when the site says it is 9 hours. Then, when we finally arrived at our destination, close to noon (when the distance is 1:30), they took another 40 minutes to get the tickets for the boat ride, and after we did the ride, they did not take us to any other place because they left with another group that had made reservations for other attractions. When they took us to the famous lunch (2:30 PM), the hotel had already closed the lunch hour. After a while, they let us serve ourselves from what was left over from lunch, and they made us sit in an area that faced away from the view of the falls. And after all that... they did not take us to any other place. They left us waiting again for 2 hours at the meeting point to continue what we thought was the tour, only to find out that we were going back to Toronto. In conclusion, we spent 12 hours in a car, to do a 20-minute tour on a boat, eat what was left over from a lunch (without the right to sodas or soft drinks), and that was it. I do not recommend it at all; the operator was Zoom Tours, and the only redeeming quality was that the guide was a kind gentleman.
Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize that your Niagara Falls tour did not operate according to the itinerary you booked and that so much of your day was spent waiting rather than enjoying the attractions. We understand your frustration regarding the late departure, extended tour duration, delay obtaining boat tickets, missed sightseeing stops, and the lengthy waiting periods while other guests participated in different attractions. We are also very sorry about your lunch experience. Arriving after the regular lunch service, receiving limited remaining selections, and not receiving the Falls-view dining experience you expected is certainly disappointing. A full-day Niagara Falls tour should provide guests with the experiences and stops advertised, along with clear communication throughout the day. We will be reviewing the operation of this tour, including scheduling, attraction coordination, meal timing, and communication between our guide and operations team. We appreciate your kind words about the guide despite the difficulties you experienced. We sincerely regret that the overall tour fell short of expectations and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with a much better and properly organized Niagara Falls experience. This tour has the potential to be great. First, I want to recognize our tour guide, Anthony. He was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and organized throughout the trip. Give him a raise! A few suggestions regarding the tour experience: 1. Lunch at the Sheraton – I was not very impressed with the lunch. The food was average, and there were limited options available. The seating arrangement was also uncomfortable, as guests were required to sit very closely with strangers. Additionally, some of the Sheraton staff came across as rude, which detracted from the experience. 2. Bus Restroom Issues – The restroom on the bus was not functioning properly, as the toilet would not flush. By the end of the tour, there was a noticeable urine odor throughout that area of the bus. 3. Delayed Pickup Time – My scheduled pickup time was 8:15 AM, but the bus did not arrive until around 9:00 AM. This delay caused the tour to run later than expected and impacted the overall schedule for the day. With a few improvements in these areas, I believe this tour could easily earn 4 out of 5 stars. At the moment, however, I would rate it as average.
Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful and detailed feedback. We’re very pleased to hear that Anthony was fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, and well organized throughout the day. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to him. We’re sorry, however, that several other aspects of the tour did not meet expectations. Your comments regarding the quality and seating arrangement of the Sheraton lunch, the condition of the onboard restroom, and the delayed pickup are all important concerns that we will review with our operations team and service partners. A delay of that length can affect the entire day’s schedule, and we understand how the combination of these issues impacted your overall experience. We truly appreciate your constructive feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with the experience this tour is capable of delivering. Due to miscommunications and lack of clarity, I would not recommend a large group tour. 1) 8 hours before departure, we were told to meet at a different location than the one we requested 2) We opted for the included lunch. After we finished the boat tour, we only had 20 minutes to eat before the buffet closed down. About ten of us were eating as the restaurant was closing down around us. 3) 4 people were delayed because they opted for an add on excursion. That meant all of us were delayed 1.5 hours leaving Niagara Falls. Without explanation, our tour guide opted to cancel the Niagara on the Lake portion of the trip.
Hi, We apologize for the inconvenience to you on the tour. Due to FIFA some roads are closed in the city and we asked to meet at pickup point to make it easy for every one. The day you went on the Tour was one of busy day at the Falls and it was delay in Boat and Journey. We wanted to make sure everyone gets back to Toronto, we dont want to leave anyone alone, it was little delay but we got back all of you safely and we provided luxury coach bus transportation for the tour. Hope you understand and we will make sure that this will not happen again. Don
