it was a pleasant journey, nice entertaining guide, nice boat , only bad point is that we didbt see much from the benagil cave due to the new protection of the site, but also due to the bad weather.
We expected to see the caves, or at least one, from inside. We did not. We just drove past them, stopped for a minute to see and went on. A bit disappointed about that. However the guide was knowledgeable and fun. We had a good couple of hours at sea, seeing the beautiful coastline around Albufeira.
When I booked the experience, it clearly stated that there would be a guide who would explain everything to us in Spanish, and that was not the case. He only spoke in Portuguese and occasionally in English, so we didn't understand almost anything. I asked him if he could repeat it in Spanish and he told me he didn't speak it. I consider this false advertising, and they did not fulfill what we had reserved. I totally advise against these types of experiences that do not fulfill what was previously agreed upon. Regarding the visit itself, it was a bit tedious and boring for my taste.
The company needs to cancel if the conditions are bad. Half the boat was throwing up, and we couldn’t go near the caves let alone in them. I understand they don’t control the waves, but they should not take people out with such poor conditions.
Highly recommended, the crew was super friendly and polite. We were lucky enough to see dolphins. And the landscapes, the sunset was stunning.

They tell you it’s a Spanish guide, and since there were only three of us in English, we couldn’t see the cave due to high tide; it should be called a boat ride excursion.
Got an email asking us to switch departure time or day, we still had a good time. Boat was comfortable, crew were great. When I booked and read what was included, it said our food and drinks were not allowed…..almost everyone had their own water and nothing was said? Maybe they meant alcohol? Really enjoyed the ride and the sights.
Great evening boat tour to caves. Opted for the top deck and got pampered with Champagne! Crew was awesome, and it was the perfect ending to our vacation in Portugal.
