Le refuge d’oiseaux Mount Hartman est une zone naturelle protégée dans le sud de la Grenade et un habitat vital pour la tourterelle de Grenade, l’oiseau national de l’île et l’une des espèces les plus rares au monde. Doté d’une forêt sèche, de paysages ouverts et de vues côtières, le sanctuaire abrite une riche biodiversité et met en évidence l’engagement de la Grenade en faveur de la conservation. C’est un espace paisible pour observer les oiseaux, éduquer et apprécier le patrimoine naturel de l’île.

We had an fantastic experience! George and his team are super great, very cool and light minded people. They made sure safety is #1 ,#2 that you understand how to drive and work the atv's before we go on the road, #3 that we have a great and enjoyable time. Three in one. The bikes are in my own terms spicy, lol. The rain made it even better. Let me don't forget even after the experience he went out his way to help us with how to get around the island. You won't fine ppl generally like that. Thanks again to George for our fantastic experience, till I come back again.

The overall experience was good. Friendly guide and thrilling ride, loved the adventure. Would recommend a hydration break in between to enhance the trip...
Thank you for riding with us and for your feedback. Our hydration break is scheduled near the end of the ride. However, we recommend bringing water with you so you can stay hydrated throughout the entire experience.
The tour guides took us through parts of Grenada and they were very knowledgeable. My teen boys had a great time.

I was truly disappointed with the experience I had with Ryder ATVs in Grenada. From start to finish there was poor and/or missing clear communication. 1)I never received a confirmation email/message from the actual vendor, just Viator. Almost every other experience I’ve booked I do. 2) Upon arriving they informed me that despite marking the “3-4 persons” option, I had only booked 2 ATVs. NOWHERE on the current description does it communicate & correlate how many people there are to ATVs. The owner George (who was not even there) called me through one of his workers Roland, to inform me that I would either need to pay an additional $130, or have someone double up on an ATV. Completely unacceptable customer service. 3) As we are learning safety protocols, Roland is having a conversation with the driver who dropped us off. Something he said (not the persons participating, mind you) vexed him, and so then out of nowhere he became irate and threatened to cancel the tour entirely, again because of the convo he had with my driver. My driver had to drive off only to calm him down. 4) As we take off, we stop at the gas station for them to fill the ATV tanks, at the start of the tour and at the end. Completely unacceptable and dangerous! 5) I came with a group of 3 girls, and there were supposed to be 2 men enclosing us on our ride. They had us going through the streets of Grenada which is fine, but my cousin almost got into a car accident because Roland did not protect her in time. Overall the experience was hectic from start to finish, UNSAFE, and just very disappointing. They have serious potential to have a great experience, because the tour itself does a fantastic job of showing you how beautiful Grenada is. The only shoutout/praise I can give is to EDUARDO, who was the only person from the company who was accommodating, hospitable and professional from start to finish. It’s a shame that he works here.
To everyone reading this review, we want to make it clear that this negative rating was unfortunately expected even before the tour began. The guest informed us in advance that she intended to leave a bad review because she booked and paid for 2 ATVs through Viator, but expected to receive 3 ATVs at no additional cost. We respectfully explained that if a third ATV was needed, an additional payment of US$130 would be required, since Viator only processed payment for 2 ATVs. Prior to the tour, during a phone conversation, the guest stated that she should not have to pay extra and indicated she would leave a negative review if we did not provide the additional ATV free of charge. For transparency, we also contacted Viator beforehand to report the situation and to advise them that we anticipated a negative review related to this dispute. We spoke with Viator representative Andrew at reference number 32397862 regarding this matter. We strongly stand by the quality and professionalism of our tours. Our overall reviews and feedback from hundreds of satisfied guests continue to reflect the true experience we provide. We remain committed to fairness, honesty, safety, and delivering exceptional experiences to all our customers.
The guides are excellent and make sure you have fun and enjoy Grenada scenarios safely. The guides also provided bottles of water and protective gear.

What a great trip. Myself and the misses took one of their ATV’s with two guides. We were treated to a 3 hour tour of the south side of the island. Both of our guides were very knowledgeable about the island and its history, and were happy to share their thoughts and opinions on their country. The pace of the trip was perfect, as my partner was pretty nervous about riding in the back. She was very comfortable and enjoyed it thoroughly. Thanks again for a great trip. Great value for money. My friend and I had a tour with Ryde ATV yesterday and had the best time! It was an incredible way to see the spots of the island we haven't seen yet. The tour guides were wonderful- we had two on our trip that were very nice, safely guided us on the street and would stop traffic for us to pass when needed. We stopped at several different locations with gorgeous views to take pictures. We were out for several hours, and felt that we certainly got our money's worth. Would definitely recommend this for anyone visiting Grenada !!

This was an awesome experience! We got a chance to get a real taste of Grenada. We saw breathtaking views, visited with the locals, and stopped at the supermarket. Most of all, George is extremely knowledgeable regarding the history, the economy, and the culture of Grenada. On top of that, he made sure we were safe at all times. Would definitely recommend!
