Grande visite touristique d'une demi-journée à Londres

Description

Simon came highly recommended by a friend who had recently visited London. Let’s just say our friend has very high standards and is incredibly particular, so when he couldn’t stop raving about Simon, I knew we had to book him immediately. It ended up being one of the best decisions we made on our entire trip. My daughter and I booked a full-day Black Cab tour, and honestly, I could have spent the rest of our vacation exploring London with Simon. His knowledge of London’s history is extraordinary, but what truly sets him apart is his storytelling, warm personality, and the relationships he’s built throughout the city. Everywhere we went, it felt like he knew someone, which made the experience feel even more authentic and special. One of the unexpected highlights of the day was that Simon became our personal photographer! Instead of coming home with a phone full of selfies, he took us to the best photo spots around London and captured so many beautiful photos of my daughter and me. Those pictures are now some of our favorite memories from the trip, and we’re so grateful to have them. London’s history and traditions run incredibly deep, and Simon has a gift for bringing them to life in a way that’s fascinating, engaging, and never overwhelming. We learned so much while seeing both the iconic landmarks and hidden gems we never would have discovered on our own. Our trip is now forever divided into two parts: B.S. (Before Simon) and A.S. (After Simon). And trust me—the A.S. era is infinitely better! My husband was so disappointed he missed the tour after seeing our photos and hearing all about the experience. The good news is we’re already planning our next trip back to London, and you better believe we’ll be booking another tour with Simon. As if we’d ever do London without him now! If you’re visiting London and want an unforgettable experience, do yourself a favor and spend a day with Simon. You won’t regret it!
I had a fabulous time on my tour! Simon was so knowledgeable about everything we encountered. He was able to customize both the itinerary and anecdotes once he knew what I enjoyed, and was so helpful with accommodating my mobility issues. This is a great way to learn about London if you have trouble walking/standing for long periods. Just listen, watch, and learn, and occasionally stop to explore! I will happily do this again if I ever have the chance.
Simon was incredible!!! Visited wonderful places (Abbey Road Studios, Roman Temple in London discovered in 1954 (Mithraeum), Kensington Palace, Princess Diana Garden, et al). Very personable and professional. 2nd time touring London with Simon, and plan to do it again!!
First let me say, this was an amazing bucket list trip for my family. One of the highlights of this trip was meeting Simon. We had never been to London and I wasn't sure if I should rent a van for the days my family stayed. After looking into this, I came across Simon and his Black Cab service. After talking with him, it was a simple, easy decision. In talking with Simon, my family and I booked with him for all our transport needs. He essentially became our "private car for hire" the entire stay in London. Let me say that this was one of the best decisions we made of our whole trip. From the time he picked us up at the airport the first day, to the time he dropped us back off at the airport, he provided the best service I could have imagined. If you plan to visit London, I highly recommend working with Simon for the best tours, and transportation needs while visiting.
We had Simon pick us up from the port and then give us about a three hour tour. It was informative and a great way to get the lay of the land in London and see the major sites pretty quickly. From there, you can go back to the spots you want to revisit. Simon has a great deal of knowledge and stops at great places for photos.
This was our fifth tour with Simon, and each time has been more memorable than the last. As soon as we booked our flights, we knew we had to reach out and schedule another adventure with Simon. Having already explored London’s iconic sights and enjoyed a Beatles-themed tour previously, we asked Simon to show us the city’s hidden gems and share stories about those lesser-known, off-the-beaten-path places. Simon curated a five-hour New Year’s Eve journey that was nothing short of magical. Time flew as we discovered breathtaking views and uncovered treasures that most visitors don’t see. Simon’s deep knowledge, engaging storytelling, and genuine enthusiasm made the tour amazing. While I won’t spoil the surprises, I can say that each stop was thoughtfully chosen and truly unforgettable. Simon is simply amazing, and we can’t wait to return to London for yet another tour. If you’re looking for a personalized, insightful, and thoroughly enjoyable experience, Simon is the guide you need!
This was one of the highlights of our trip. A friend recommended Simon to us and he was just fantastic. We saw an absolute TON, he took us to all of the best views, took great pictures, and was just a wealth of knowledge and so personable. Can’t recommend enough!
I took my elderly parents on a trip for three generations. From the time I first contacted them, they replied immediately and there was no problem with communication. We had a good time with his easy to understand English and kind personality. Despite requesting a lot of tourist spots, they went around almost everything and showed me more places with explanations. The efficient route selection and time management made it perfect for Sky Garden booking times, which was surprising and very comfortable. He is a good driver and has perfect consideration when getting on and off. At first it felt expensive because it was about twice the price of a Japanese taxi, but after the tour it felt like it was a great answer and it was never expensive. Tourism in London is teeming with incredible tourists everywhere. Traveling on public transportation is good, but it saves time and energy, and most importantly, it was nice to hear so many stories.
Absolutely! Here’s a revised version that includes those details: “We did The Big Half Day Sightseeing Tour with Simon and it was fantastic! He was so nice and personable, and we enjoyed his company so much that we ended up adding an extra hour to the tour. Simon shared lots of interesting facts about London and made everything fun and engaging. He also took great photos of us along the way and sent them to us afterward, which was such a thoughtful touch. We highly recommend Simon if you want a memorable and personalized tour of London!” Would you like it to be a bit shorter or more formal?
We had a small amount of time to spend in London and we loved everything from the taxi itself to having the BEST day touring the sites with Simon as our guide. As my kids would say…..Simon is the GOAT!
