Voyage aux lumières du soir – maintenant ça devient romantique… À la tombée de la nuit, la Speicherstadt et tout le port de Hambourg brillent d’une belle lueur. Lors de notre voyage léger, nous vous montrerons les coins les plus confortables et les plus romantiques du port de Hambourg et ses œuvres d'art vues de l'eau. Lors d'une excursion en bateau d'une heure et demie à travers la flotte et le port de Hambourg, vous découvrirez de nuit les coins les plus intéressants et fascinants du port de Hambourg. Les lumières de l'Elbphilharmonie, de la HafenCity, des comédies musicales, des débarcadères, des navires et des ponts à conteneurs allument rapidement une étincelle de romance dans un incendie. Le port de Hambourg est un port maritime ouvert et donc dépendant de la marée. Si la Speicherstadt n'est pas navigable en raison du niveau de l'eau, nous serons heureux d'organiser des bateaux à passagers pour vous montrer le port magnifique et illuminé.

The light cruise would have surely been better if there hadn't been so many disinterested guests on board. Drunk guests have no place here, and it would be nice if these guests were kept on land from the start. The trip itself was good, though. However, the speaker was not good in the German language and spoke much too quickly and unclearly. Someone who is not from Hamburg and brings a little knowledge will only understand gibberish here.

I was super excited to travel to Hamburg Germany with my family and booked an evening cruise through the canals to take a look at the lights and of course take pictures. While there was very specific directions on where to go for the boat, which were nice, the boat was not where it was claimed to be, nor were there any of its employees anywhere to be found. Because we were only in Hamburg overnight with our cruise ship we were not able to take a canal tour at all. We asked for a refund from the company and from Viator and were declined both times. Proceed with caution when booking tours.

Due to the exceptionally high traffic related to the Hamburg Port Anniversary celebrations, the situation in the port area was particularly complex and last minute operational changes occurred. Unfortunately, our office did not receive complete operational information at the time, which led to the initial refund refusal. We always do our best to inform customers about any changes whenever possible, and we truly regret that this situation did not meet the standard of service we aim to provide. Following our additional internal review, your refund has now been approved and processed. The tour very interesting to listen, we visited the biggest container terminal, got close to a huge container ship, enjoyed by lights of the harbour and city. Time flew very fast, it is hard to believe that it was 1.5 hours

Have booked through the internet. First I asked if you could also drive through Speicherstadt, which was answered with yes. On the spot the disillusionment : He (apparently the captain) would not drive through the Speicherstadt tonight. That's what he would have decided this morning, due to low water! Instead of the specified 90 minutes, the journey should only go 60 minutes. The other provider (10 meters further) offered a tour of the Speicherstadt for the same time! So we booked there, with the shipping company Albich. The bazaar was even bigger. The other provider was at Bridge 3, so please don't book there if you don't want to be cheated!!

Wie auf unseren Tour Informationen beschrieben, ist die Durchfahrt durch die Speicherstadt nur möglich, wenn der Wasserstand es zulässt. Bei Niedrigwasser entscheidet der Kapitän immer kurzfristig und aus Sicherheitsgründen, ob die Route sicher befahren werden kann. Die Fleete sind sehr eng und flach. Sicherheit steht daher für uns an erster Stelle. Wenn ein anderer Anbieter die Tour trotzdem anbietet, liegt das in seiner eigenen Verantwortung, ähnlich wie ein Busfahrer, der bei Schnee selbst einschätzt, ob er Schneeketten aufzieht oder nicht. Wir hoffen auf Ihr Verständnis und würden uns freuen, Sie bei einer zukünftigen Fahrt, hoffentlich mit ausreichend Wasserstand für die Speicherstadt, wieder an Bord begrüßen zu dürfen. Beste Grüße,
It was a very nice trip, very happy again. However, it was really hard to find the right provider as it only had the landing pier number on it and NOT the provider. In the end, a provider of the lights ride took us with him who did not know it. That was really annoying!

During the day you can see much more. Photography is impossible in these light conditions. By covering the ship you have very poor views of sights.
Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es stimmt, dass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bei Tageslicht besser erkennen und fotografieren kann. Die Lichterfahrt am Abend bietet dafür eine ganz andere Atmosphäre und besondere Eindrücke vom beleuchteten Hafen und der Stadt. Bezüglich der Überdachung: Diese dient dem Schutz der Gäste bei Wind und Wetter, kann aber in einzelnen Bereichen die Sicht etwas einschränken. Gerne empfehlen wir, sich im vorderen oder offenen Bereich des Schiffes aufzuhalten, um einen freieren Blick zu genießen.
